In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to a situation that happened at the casino where a group of people were punching someone so I got involved, this lead to me getting downed and got frustrated at my in game sister who didn’t back me up so I logged out while downed.

Why should we unban you ?: I’ll admit that I didn’t really read over the rules as I didn’t think I’d be playing the server all that much and also I didn’t think me logging out while downed after being punched up would lead to me being banned as said above I stupidly didn’t read the rules which is completely my bad and a mistake. After some time out of it, I read over the rules thoroughly and realised my wrongdoing which won’t happen again. RPUK was my first roleplay server so I was still getting used to the lifestyle of a roleplay situation, I’ve now played on multiple different servers to get used to roleplay and better myself in situations like this.

Gigi has a little roleplay family with her sister being Tiffani and their cousins Fae and Celeste and I feel like we could enhance our roleplay story by being a family again and getting back up to mischief and causing havoc in the city which I think could lead to some really fun roleplay for other characters, especially now that I’ve had more experience in the roleplay world!

I’m sorry for coming into the server and not reading the rules and breaking them but I promise this will not happen again. As said above I’ve read them and taken some time out to realise my wrongdoings which is why I’ve waited so long to appeal because I know this is a serious roleplay server and I didn’t want to appeal without knowing the damage I had done by combat logging, but I feel like I’m ready to take this a lot more seriously this time round.

I hope we are well!

Firstly, I'd like to ask why you thought not reading our rules upon joining your first Role Play server. Did you not know what Role play was and thought it may have been just like normal GTA? Or had you the mindset upon joining that you didn't want to stay within this community and decided not to waste time reading rules that are in place to help you, as players?

You claim that you was frustrated due to a situation you was involved in, and the lack of effort from one of your friends to help you. How can we be so sure that this won't happen again if you find yourself in a similar circumstance?
If you do happen to, inevitably, be in a similar situation, what would you do differently?

If you have extensively read over our rules, can you tell me what G2.3 is, and why you think we have this rule in place?

I didn’t realize everything that went into roleplaying. I thought it would be close to like an open mic server doing cheeky things. Once again, I apologize I am certainly willingly to stay up to date on the rules. I wanted to stay within the community as I have ingame sisters and cousins. 

Well it won’t happen again because I am aware of the rules and do not want to be perm  banished from a group I enjoy. If I’m in the same circumstance I’ll just ride it out next time and accept whatever outcome. I would beg and pleas to the unjust killers for my life instead of filling with angst. I’m committed to streaming all my interactions in the server to help keep the community SAFE and ENJOYABLE.

(G2.3) Roleplay Everything - You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character.

The rule is created to have a tight-knit community that enjoys decompressing and using roleplaying as an escape. It also prevents any gaps in roleplay and allows users to remain anonymous if desired. We get to lead a second imaginary life, that brings us entertainment. This rule is in place to provide the best quality of roleplay, hence why roleplay.co.uk is such a great server and why i’ve put so much effort into appealing this ban.

You seem to be extremely interested in returning to RPUK, even though you've stated there's other servers you've tried since being banned.
Why do you want to return to this server specifically?
If you are to be given another chance, what's your plan here with characters?

One sever I played had criminals running around killing you at spawn. Nobody seemingly was caring. Another server homophobic slurs were being thrown around. How is that enjoyable?

I did join a server that was semi enjoyable they had a cat cafe job, uhm we were a warehouse girly at one point but the banter wasn’t there AND the floor disappeared a lot.

Mainly I’d like to rejoin RPUK is because I have friends, sisters, and cousins here who accelerate the RP experience and help me understand the game in general as-well as have fun. 

My plan is to get married, start a family and some sort of pink car business. I definitely wanna mine for the gangs and get my money up.  Gigi Bleu never got an STD check which was on her todo list seeing as the man she slept with was very dirty and he was accusing her. I’d like to finish that storyline. She always wants to get her hunting license and see what the mountain life entails. 

I’d like to catchup with my old friend cellphone dealer APU I think he misses me. I told him he was the love of my life at one point and got to meet his family. After they gangbanged me in the gym.

To my knowledge yes, I never get in these kinds of riffs. A few other times I was downed NHS had came before bleeding out so I have to go with the answer yes.

So lets focus on the other times you've combat logged. Including this time it's 3 over the span of a few months, So why did you not either wait for the NHS/Someone to find you or simply bleed out? Help us understand why you have done this please.

I admit I didn’t read thoroughly over the rules. I am/was new at roleplaying I’m not sure if I understood most concepts. This particular time I didn’t wait because I was frustrated at the fact I was ran up on after leaving the casino for no reason. What made me more frustrated was the fact my sister Tiffany Blue just sat there and laughed as I was chopped to death and I was pleading for her help. 

You may respond with “how do we know it won’t happen again?”

Well I’m committed to ensuring it doesn’t or I wouldn’t have put this much effort into a ban appeal. I want the chance to roleplay with my family on their favorite server with their friends, my acquaintances. It could happen again but I understand that would be the final nail in the coffin.

I do think I’m deserving of a second chance. I apologize for tarnishing a roleplay scene for the members affected by my combat logging. I’m ready to take it a lot more seriously this round. 

Adding context to other combat logging incidents. I’m not aware of any of those I’m really sorry.

I'm glad to see you've caught up on the rules and seem to be certain this won't happen again moving forward.
Given that you are still a new player here, and apart from 1 kick and this obvious ban your record is fairly clean I am willing to give you another chance on the server to prove yourself.

I hope you have been truthful and have learned from your mistake.
Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be a permanent leading you straight back here which will be much harder to appeal. Please do not waste the chance!
