Unban Appeal for GigiBleu

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: It appears that I was perm banned, I believe it may be related to logging out after being dismembered in roleplay. However, I consider it a mere coincidence and believe that this should be reconsidered or more lenient.
Why should we unban you ?: I've been having internet troubles since historic summer heat in Texas, so it's been difficult to stay in the server for prolonged periods of time. Unfortunately, as I was changing my hair in the barber shop, some random person came up to me and punched me for no reason until I was down. Conveniently, my internet service provider experienced an outage, and by the time it was restored, I was already permanently banned. I would like to note I have no problem with the roleplay rules and even would've accepted being dumped as that's how this goes. I am committed to downloading a screen recorder to provide proof in the future if that is what's needed.
Looking through spectrum (my internet provider) outages in Texas it is tough to keep stable, I'd like to add some proof to backup my claims.

On Sep, 2nd there was 170 reports from consumers of an outage at approx. 4:02pm, when the day hadn't even ended yet this number could and would most likely double. I'm requesting leniency on this issue and maybe come to terms with a lesser form of punishment or none at all.
