In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I did some items transfer between my characters. I was not actually clear about these rules.
I always roleplayed well and tried to play reality which I liked. However, I feel this a bit though as I am permanently banned for this.
I think just a strong warning would have been definitely enough to reflect on my omissions and pay attention to the rules.
Before this, I had a temporary ban for AFK'ing and it was really not on purpose by IRL issues.
Of course, I take my responsibility if I didn't know it well, I can understand that it must be strict.
I also assume that my main account was banned on forum, so I have created this one.
After if unban will be accepted, I would like to ask to be removed this account.

Why should we unban you ?: It was a good lesson about reflecting my omissions and carelessness.
I have been roleplaying for 10 years on different servers and I was never banned anywhere before.
If you look up my character, you won't see RDM or PG, RAM or such kind of breaking rules which I think is more serious thing.
If I can say, it was a pitty thing that I Should not have done and I won't do it again.

How? Have you ever read the rules properly? If so, you would have stumbled upon this one for sure.

 Unfortunately for you, that is not quite how it works. You went through the effort of transferring items between your characters - this does not happen by accident. It is exploiting and therefore on of our most serious rulebreaks. It also comes with a full character wipe and the deletion of all character apart from 1. Now, in your case it was a lockpick and a switchblade that was transferred, so I may be willing to overthink that punishment, but the permanent ban is not harsh at all, considering the above.

See... looking at those AFK kicks you had before getting banned, it looks like you pressed connect and didn´t want to wait in queue until you were loaded in, so you just went and did something else. You were caught idling in the character selection 4 times. Was this always IRL issues or am I on the right track in assuming that you wanted to save yourself a spot on the server while doing other things in the meantime?
