Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for teaming (G11.2) with Grove against Cutlass and I assume the common sense (C1.7) is for breaking a simple rule to follow.

I would like to again apologise for being back here and to also thank Hank Summers who denied my appeal back in early June. I want to also thank Danoo as well for initially unbanning me from the 1.6 and entertaining my last appeal even if it did end up being denied. I will touch on a point Danoo made in my previous appeal in this appeal.

As you know I was banned for teaming with Grove against Cutlass, by giving comms, lockpick and my car to Grove members to help them in a fight against Cutlass. Like I said, initially I was frustrated that I was banned for this as I had been under the impression that if it isn't a war with rules in place then it was fine for hangabouts to get involved, I of course now know this isn't the case. Now onto the point Danoo made and I believe I may have explained this in my appeals as well as the discord call I was asked to join back in maybe 2nd or 3rd of June (whenever it was that I got banned) that I DIDN'T know that I was breaking a rule, it felt like it was but I had been told it was fine hence my hesitation and my words "I don't want to get too close" or something along those lines. Of course, I will agree the hesitation does make it sound and look like I was well aware of what I was doing but I can guarantee you it wasn't something I was doing on purpose. I will re-iterate I know it was stupid of me to even break such a simple rule.

I don't want to repeat myself too much as I don't want this appeal to look like a copy and paste of my previous appeals but I do understand that I should not have been there at all and I will learn from that. I should've already known this seeing as I was part of the gang roleplay since maybe August 2022 but that's on me entirely.

I would like to again touch on a point I mentioned previously which was never answered but I feel like for myself, I just need to know. I was told sharing of tickets was damaging to the trust of staff in me. I don't need this explained in the appeal and I'm more than happy to jump in a discord call to get an understanding of it but no where on the forums nor the discord does it mention that tickets are private and only for those in the ticket and that sharing them is a rule break or frowned upon of some kind, I was thinking of asking staff into a call a while back to get it explained but I didn't want to bother anyone or make it worse for myself for talking about a ban. I suppose I also didn't want to look stupid in case its something that should be common sense but I'm just struggling to understand it.

In these nearly 5 months I have been banned I have distanced myself from anything RPUK and GTA 5 in general as I just don't see a point in me playing if it isn't on the server I've dedicated a lot of my time to. I do hope to be unbanned, I don't expect to be but if I am, I'm coming in with a completely refreshed mindset having had a long break from anything RP related. I do apologise again for breaking such an easy rule to follow and I hope you can believe me when I say it will not happen again.

You managed to stay clear from any staff intervention for a maximum of 3 months, mostly much less than that. On top of that, you managed to come back from a C1.6 and just a little over a month later, you were back here again.

Frankly, we do not believe that you didn´t know. And if you genuinely didn´t, it´s just as concerning considering your heavy gang involvement and time on the server.

Enough is enough and the door will remain shut for you indefinitely.
