Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for not using my common sense as a long time gang RP member and giving comms on radio along with assisting members of grove with lockpicks and my car so they could get bodies of the people they downed during a fight near the big bank.
Why should we unban you: Hello @PsianaRama or whichever staff reads this appeal, hope you are having a good morning, afternoon or evening.

First of all I think it goes without saying, how sad it really is that I'm having to appeal yet another ban especially having just come off a 1.6 not too long ago. For that I can only apologise and hold my hands up and hope you can truly take my appeal into consideration.

As you know (if it's Psianarama reading) I really had no intentions of breaking any rules at all, of course everyone would say this but it is true. Since I have been back I have been having a lot more fun than I genuinely expected to when I was first unbanned. I was never much of a person to go out and try and meet new people and have conversations with people I don't really know due to personal issues of mine - but since I have been back I have found myself actively enjoying going around and meeting and conversating with everyone as the server has so many new people since I was last banned that I'm actually enjoying it now to the point where I don't just chill with people I have known for long but also find myself chilling with people I've just met.

That being said I still went wrong and cannot blame anyone but myself for what I have been banned for. To me, from that chat we had on discord, I completely understand the C1.7 ban as I should've had the common sense to go with my gut and remove myself from the situation that yes, I shouldn't have been a part of to begin with.

The G11.2 ban I do understand, after the call that is. Like we discussed in the discord call, I was under the impression that since I am a Grove hangaround I can be on the radio and do anything with the gang as long as they're not in a war. Again, the common sense comes into it that I should've checked before hand with staff. I was banned for giving comms on the radio about a champion and passing a lockpick to a Grove member and swapping cars with a different Grove member. After speaking with you in discord, I understand that no matter how big or small my actions impacted anything, I was still involved when I shouldn't have been. I wasn't fully aware of this rule, in terms of the details of it all that is. As you said I have been in the server for a long time and understand the gang roleplay and rules and what should and shouldn't be done so I know I should've known better and done better and for that I can only apologise again and of course I now do understand it completely.


Like I said in the discord I'll say it here again, in the moment I didn't know if what I was doing was allowed or not hence my hesitation with my comment on radio that you heard "I don't wanna get too close". As you know I didn't shoot anyone and while the fight was happening I made sure to stay well down the road to make sure I wasn't in breach of the NVL rule - but yes I shouldn't even have been near there at all, especially not giving comms.

As I mentioned to you @PsianaRama , I would not bullshit you on this report and I'm keeping my word on that. I did think the perm was slightly harsh but like I told you I don't want to come across as entitled to be here because I know better than most - considering I came back from a 1.6 - if you're here to break rules you will just be removed from the community and having survived that I most certainly did not want to end up back here, not at all but especially so soon. I know my ban record along with my warnings will now look even worse with these added on top but as you said yourself you know I can give good roleplay and I genuinely do try to keep my standards as high as possible.

I made an honest error mixed in with some bad judgement and I won't deny that nor try to argue it - if it seemed like that in the discord I apologise as I didn't mean for it to come across that way. Putting it simply, I just really didn't want to get banned.
IF you are to allow me back I will ensure if any situation occurs, when I am not in the F6, I will just turn my radio off to not get the urge to say something on radio that I know is stupid and in the heat of the moment that could make me end up back here again. I hope you can read my appeal and take our call into consideration and understand I made a stupid mistake and pray you'll take my word when I say this will not happen again.

See but you kind of knew that you were doing wrong here by stating that you wanted to keep a distance, if you had no intentions of breaking any rules, why did you allow another person to take your car to pick up bodies?

Also why were you sharing the ticket you had open with Staff with people who were not part of the ticket? Surely you know that this is going to have a detrimental impact on the trust that we as staff have towards you.

As I said, I wasn't sure hence why I didn't want to get close. I was told it was fine but my gut told me maybe its not hence my very minor involvement in the situation. As I also stated in the Discord call, I didn't think something small like giving a single lockpick and swapping cars - not giving - was necessarily me getting involved considering the fight had already finished but again, I wasn't entirely sure hence my hesitation to get too close to where they were dealing with the bodies but as I came to learn from that call, I was in fact in breach of the G11.2 rule and I apologised then and have now.

I'm not trying to justify or excuse what I did by saying I wasn't fully aware of the rule because I know its my responsibility to stay up to date with the rules I am just explaining it from my point of view, nothing more and again I will hold my hands up and accept I was in the wrong especially by giving comms.

This ticket you are referring to, I was added into and as you can see that ticket, nothing was mentioned in there that I believed was something for me to not share with anyone - it was simply me being asked when I had the time to join a TS call for a chat.

I don't see how this would have any impact at all on the trust that staff have because when I would eventually go on to get banned I would have to let my gang members know about it anyways and if I didn't they would then just see this appeal and ask me anyways - which I would then mention that I was put into a ticket and asked into TS and then got banned. Either way they would know regardless and I don't see a difference whether they saw a screenshot of staff asking me into a call or me verbally telling them that.

If I'm in the wrong then I am sure you'll let me know but I have never been told or seen anything saying it is against any rules or frowned upon to show a ticket to someone. I didn't get questioned in the ticket and no sensitive information or anything of the sort was in the ticket so I fail to see how that would be an issue - Again, please do let me know if that is an issue or a rule break of some kind not only for myself to know but also the community as a whole because I am very sure most people in the community have showed tickets to other people.

Thank you for taking the time to reply and the effort you have put into your appeal above, it is much appreciated, however, we must now get down to what is going to happen.

Looking at your previous offending history with 6 previous bans and 4 warnings on record, its not the best.

Having just come off a C1.6 ban just over a month before this ban, plus the leaking of the ticket (tickets are private and only between those involved in the ticket) you have dented the trust within the staff team towards you massively.

As such, I have taken guidance and the decision has been made to close the door, for the foreseeable future. I won't be putting a cooldown on your next appeal I'll leave it up to you to think about when is a suitable length of time to reappeal, but it certainly shouldn't be soon.
