Reason given for your ban: G1.2 - Player Report
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for breaching the RDM rule that is in place. After holding someone up and giving said person a set of commands, I did not not give them enough time to comply and pre-emptively shot them. Not giving enough time to someone when giving commands falls under RDM which I take full responsibility for.
Why should we unban you ?: In my previous appeals I feel like I should've definitely put more effort in and for this I do apologize as I don't think I should take for granted another chance to get back onto the server I love playing on. In my time away from the server I have learned to appreciate how good of a server it is not only to spend free time on but to also find and meet new people as I have encountered many people through the server that I would class as lifelong friends now.
I do believe I should be unbanned as I think I do bring good and high quality roleplay to the other members of this community, filled with laughs and memories. I love RPUK and as you may be able to see I've spent plenty of hours and days on the server and I'd hate to see all my time and effort wasted over a stupid, in-the-moment heated decision so I don't think my time on this server is finished and I'm in good faith that in due time I will be allowed back to keep doing the good I was doing before. That being said, like mentioned in the other appeals, I can understand that I have multiple warnings along with a few bans previously. Like stated, I do also understand that it definitely doesn't help that my last ban was also for this same thing. I know that it may not look it but I do look at the rules quite often to see if anything has been added and/or changed so this was a very stupid decision on my behalf.
I can assure you that it was never my intention to break any server rules, that being said honesty is key and at the time I did believe my actions were justified but after reviewing the whole situation I see why I was banned and I more than agree that what I did was wrong. I do always try to give people high quality roleplay, but as my records would show, sometimes my roleplay standards drop which is why I find myself here today.
I do genuinely apologise for my actions and sincerely will try to learn from my mistakes as I do not wish to ruin anyone else's roleplay from now on nor do I wish to find myself here again. 'Treat others how you wish to be treated' and I would definitely not want something like this to happen to me and can imagine how annoying it would be for someone else.
If I were lucky enough to be unbanned I would prioritise more realistic roleplay scenarios. I don't believe my character "Gekz" has finished developing his story and with his recent progressions within the gang he is in, I believe I can and will set up plenty of fun and interesting scenarios not only for me and my gang but for everyone else who I choose to interact with. A short example of this would be to prolong roleplay scenarios with people or set up unique and fun deals, be it cocaine or guns or whatever else, with not only already existing gangs but also newer gangs in the city. I do believe being a part of a whitelisted group in the server, I should set an example for newer gangs or people in general.
The rule I've broken is RDM, probably the most simple and easy rule to understand and not break. I understand this rule is here to make this server a serious roleplay server and make it an enjoyable experience for me and for everyone else. This makes it even more disappointing for myself that I have managed to break this rule not once but twice now but definitely the last time. This will hopefully be the first and last time I find myself here.
