From what I have read what you have stated above (not that I had to read much), I can clearly tell that you have put in zero effort into your unban appeal and your most recent reply confirms that. 

You also have a previous warning on your record for bating police which just proves your immatureity even more and that you are not around here to provide a high quality roleplay experience to those around you.
