Why do you think you were banned: I think i was banned because of a situation i put myself into that i did a genuine mistake of combatlog because i thought the other person broke a rule. I should have known better than this because i know two wrongs dont make a right. and i should of just reported the other player in the situation instead of taking it into my own hands and getting myself banned from the server.
Why should we unban you: I think i should be unbanned because it was a genuine mistake that happened and i wasnt thinking at the time of this situation looking back into it now it was really stupid of me. Honesty is a good thing to take into account as i admit that i did combat log in the situation and didnt expect to get caught. Im really disapointed in myself for getting banned again as i really love this server and didnt want to end up on this forum as my roleplay was improving alot from my last time here. I wouldnt take it apon myself to do anything like this again if granted another chance because this time i know for sure if welcomed back there will be no more chances. if unbanned from the server i would improve my roleplay to the maximum standard to ensure that all players on here have the best roleplay experience instead of someone rulebreaking that makes it fun for nobody. Im sorry and wish that i could go back to that situation and make the outcome of this different but we all make mistakes that we cant go back on. Adding to this i did speak to a member of staff in discord when banned and stated that my game crashed... This was not the case and i was scared because of all my hardwork and hours put into the sever when i dont have many spare these days. So a massive sorry for whoever looked into that for me and i really respect what you do for community. Thanks for looking at this and hopefully ill be back soon.

Initially, Reece, I anticipated this reply to be fairly lengthy - but I don't think it needs to be. There are 2 primary points I want to make to you

1. Your record is atrocious, and you do not care in the slightest for the rules, or the staff team. You're happy to cheat the system and exploit for self gain, and you'll happily lie to any staff you encounter to try to save yourself, which only ever ends up making the situation worse. Let us go through your record:

19/01/2022 - Banned for G2.9 - transferring money between characters
04/02/2022 - Unbanned with an account wipe
21/09/2022 - Banned for C2.2 & G2.3 - abusing the casino mechanic 1 week after being warned about it by staff. Remember when I said you don't care for the rules or staff team?
14/11/2022 - Unbanned with another account wipe
18/11/2022 (4 days after being unbanned) - Banned for G1.3 - OOC abuse. I won't go through specifics here, but you know how bad what you did was, and how much we have ZERO tolerance for such behaviour, evident in the length of the ban you received.
10/10/2023 - Unbanned
09/01/2024 - Banned for C2.3 - combat logging

This leads me to my second point

2. After being unbanned on 10/10/23 for effectively bullying another user and almost making them quit, you played a decent amount for 2 weeks up until 24/10/23, where you stopped playing entirely. You then returned, playing from 07/01/24 to 09/01/24 where you then got banned for combat logging, then tried lying to us about the reason for it.

You played on this server for a grand total of 2 weeks and 3 days combined, before being banned. Still not a record, given the 4 day period in November of 2022.

So - Reece, the truth is, I'm sick of seeing you here. I'm sick of unbanning you for you to end up here soon after, once again using more staff time to go through unnecessary appeals from you. You know the rules, you've played here long enough.

At this point, you choose not to follow them. You choose to lie to staff, and you choose to cheat and exploit for your own gain. I am imposing a minimum cooldown of 6 months before you can re-appeal this ban (13/09/24). Should you choose to re-appeal this ban in future, an unban is far, far from guaranteed and you may be given a further cooldown, depending on a variety of factors.
