In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I think i was banned due to going into the casino on a few different times with other characters and trying to win money on them when my main character was banned from casino so it was classed as exploiting and not following roleplay just unrealistic gameplay making new people just to do that you cant just do that and now i understand.

Why should we unban you ?: I think personally i should be unbanned because i have really good roleplay skills when it comes into the city i never usually break rules and havent had any warnings other than this same thing i regret my actions and shouldnt of done it i always try my best to make roleplay the highest standards and i made a silly mistake that wasnt worth it i have took 1 month out of the city and took my time to think about my actions and what i could of done differently resulting in me not getting banned i know all the rules and can describe them in my own words i feel like this was the only city i actually enjoy and have a laugh on and i messed the chance up i did get banned for this same offence before but can say that i would never do something stupid again to get myself banned given another chance as i have alot of friends on here and want to get involved in some serious roleplay scenes and make people in the server have good roleplay experiences and the main reason is i wanna prove to you guys that im not just a average person that does stupid actions and doesnt regret them im sorry for what i have done and thanks for your time.

You've said this wasn't worth taking a month out of the server for, So why didn't you take the warning you we're given about doing this same exact thing back in March? You we're talked to in game about doing this before, So why risk it?

You've mentioned breaking the same rule and said you wouldn't do something so stupid again (In your own words), Help me understand this. You we're banned for G2.9 back in January for transferring money, Then you we're warning in March for going to the casino on multiple characters and now you are on this ban for doing the same exact thing. Why do you keep breaking these rules around money?

 
Yeah, I was very stupid, I did do this in march, and do remember that,and to be honest I found it really hard to make money. When everyone is going into the casino and winning loads it just gets my stupid head thinking, clearly, as I went back to do it again. I do fully understand the rules, I'm not going to make out I dont, as I have now read them again for the 3rd time. I'm really sorry for what I have done, and fully understand what I did wasn't right. I could of just grinded to get what I had. I wasn't trying to transfer the money I'll be honest, I was just looking for a head start on a fresh character. But now, looking back onto this with a month out of the city, it has really took a big toll on me. Now all my friends on here are having fun, and I'm just sat here seeing amazing roleplay situations, and watching, wishing that I never did what I did. I fully wasn't purposely trying to break the rules, and if (hopefully) given a third chance, I wouldn't actually dare to break it. If something was to go wrong, (which it wont) , I would accept a perm ban with no apeal, I'm that confident in myself. After taking the time away, and realising what I am missing out on , I'm fully willing to only make one character and use that one other than any others in roleplay ( like police/ems ) . And if you really want me to, I can self exclude from the casino. I'm sorry for what I have done, I really hope you understand, and thanks a lot for your time.

 
Indeed you could of grinded for the money like everyone else does. Whilst yes it's nice to win "big" in the casino there is more to the server than money overall, I get it's nice to have nice things or the ability to buy things however it shouldn't be the driving point. 

Whilst yes you didn't transfer the money to other characters, Can you not see how this doesn't make much sense as a new character? For example, Where is your character growth if you did win lets say? (Drove from sandy and has X amount now).... 

How can we be sure that you will actually follow the rules should we allow you another chance to return since you failed to take the warning serious prior to this ban you have now received. 

 
Yes i do see how much it doesnt make sence thinking back on it now it was very stupid and yes i agree with you fully on this one but i can sit here all day and tell you this but what i do actually mean is that i wont do anything like that again and i will stick to the rules i promise from my heart that i will take it alot more serious and to be honest yeah you are right there is alot more than money i want to meet friends and engage in good roleplay and just have a laugh i really do enjoy this server just got carried away a little too easy i hope you do understand me and give me that chance and if i do get it i wont be letting you down or anyone else thanks for your time.

 
Can you quote me the rules you've broken and in your own words explain why you believe we have such rules in place? 

 
(C2.2) Exploiting - So this rule is when basicly your doing something that you shouldnt be doing to get around something for like eg doing what i did making loads of characters to try get a headstart in the server would be classed as that or even in game mechanics like duping items or going into spots that you shouldnt be able to do gain advantage that kind of things. (G2.3) Roleplay everything - So when you are in the server you should be in roleplay no matter what happens other than admin permission so anything classed as not roleplaying isnt allowed like speaking to friends about irl things or again doing what i was doing making loads of characters losing and leaving them there isnt any roleplay behind it at all or even driving around stupid crashing into people just silly things like that are not allowed at all.

All of these rules are in place to keep the roleplay at the maximum standards people dont want to join a rp server and there isnt any roleplay behind it. If these rules was not in place then people would be doing whatever they want and it would ruin everyone elses experience within the server.
