In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was doing the mechanic job, on the morning of 07.09.2022 I saw a guy who was parking is truck at the entrance of the impound lot to impound the cars, I asked him if he could move, he did. Afterwards, I came back with a new vehicle, he was still doing it, I told him he could just go in the impound lot, because he was blocking the road, he stated "there was plenty of space", which there kind of was, but it's breaking my immersion to go around and break my truck. So then he followed me in, I was trying to explain to him that he was acting like a dickhead, blocking the path for everyone else. He managed to incapacitate me, then I lashed out on him, because he thought it was normal and it got me kicked. I joined back, said in OOC around the lines of "and you're still doing it, cool", at the same time went to discord to figure out why I was kicked, turn out for yelling at the guy. Which is interesting, because in my eyes, I was trying to enforce the point of the server by telling him how the job works, and isn't the point of the server to roleplay? From my point of view, he was abusing the rules, to which I got punished for with a ban.
Why should we unban you ?: Because this whole situation was handled very poorly in the case of Stavik, Instead of warning us both, him for abusing the mechanic job and me for yelling at him for not doing it properly(which is also the thing, the amount of people who mistreat the mechanic job is actually insane) I got all the blame for not roleplaying being incapacitated correctly, when the guy can just abuse the mechanic job as much as he wants.
Also would like to add, when I tried to figure out where I can get the Ban ID from, went to discord to create a ticket and asked where can I get it, Stavik replies with "In the kick message when tryiong to connect.
But dont even bother to appeal it, you ahve 6 months to wait."
I like playing on the server, I've met some great people and all was good, but I guess the admins don't care when jobs are abused, but care when someone tries to enforce the essence of roleplay to someone, I get it, wasn't roleplaying incapacitated, but god damn Stavik, at least bring us to a 3-way conversation privately and lets figure this out, not hit the banhammer all willy-nilly when you want to, this could have gone down a very civilized manner, but Stavik, your actions show the server from a very bad angle, which pushes the new players away from the server.
And this isn't abuse towards Stavik, It's to make him understand what he did wrong and how he could improve his way of enforcing the rules.
