Never a good idea to start an appeal with a lie. I'd suggest you look back on the ticket you made, Now moving into this you we're banned for as you have said combat logging. Bans of this nature do come with a one month cooldown period. You we're banned on January 15th 2023, Meaning you will need to wait until February 15th 2023 before you may appeal this ban. 

During this time I'd suggest reading both the GTA and Community rules, Have a read back on the ticket you made and also add some more effort into the appeal for next time around.
