In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I'm going to copy my old unban as if I retype it will be the same stuff just re worded, these are still my own words just appealed too early
I lockpicked a motorbike on a gang turf with the impression it wasn't a gang members bike because a non marabunta guy left the bike, when I realised he was friends with them I ran off & asked for no problem. When running off I needed a car so I tried to lockpick a locals vehicle to get away because it wasn't unlocked. Upon trying, I was ran upon again so I began to express my RP emotions and show I'm annoyed as I've just been chopped while saying I don't want a issue and clearly trying to leave which was all seen as baiting. While down the first few seconds I was talking normally as I was annoyed then changed to a little injured which was the ban no injury RP.
Why should we unban you ?: I have been out of the city for a few weeks riding out my ban for a bit to really reflect on my wrong doings and have really missed it. I feel like I've learnt my lesson and now before doing anything will think on how people are going to react. I've also realised what I did doesn't abide by the rules and will not be doing it again. I will also keep my head down and enjoy the city without causing any rule breaking trouble. I've also reread through the rules to make sure I'm not missing anything that has been updated and a new rule has came around that I miss. I'm satisfied ill be able to play with no rule breaking issues and have learnt them a bit better now and will do my best not to break them. I didn't intent to break these rules on purpose & can see from other peoples views how it was looking down on. TO make sure this doesn't happen again I wont be lockpicking any vehicle on a gang area or somewhere where there is most likely going to be a problem caused afterwards. I did resolve the issues with the gang member involved as I knew I was in the wrong and realised that before the report was made and he said my explanation was okay and wont be reporting, So I am sorry for breaking those rules before a punishment was issued & not just sorry because I've been caught and punished
