In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Rule states transferring items or money to another character, I believe this might be from when I gave myself some funds to kickstart my civ character around some months ago

Why should we unban you ?: At the time I wasn't really too aware of the rule but updated myself on the rules sometime after I did the transfer as I try to read the rules every few weeks to see if anything has updated so I didn't end up doing it again. I do know what I did wrong now looking back, this ban has made me open my eyes and understand deeply what I did was wrong. I've re read the rules from being banned and since I did the transfer I haven't found myself breaking any rules So to me it was a mistake of the past that I had stopped doing without a ban but the ban was necessary, The server is the only thing I do in my spare time and I'm happy with whatever being removed as a permanent punishment but do wish my ban can be lifted as its my enjoyment & I have no thought of doing it again & to be honest I don't know why I did it I think I was just being lazy of not wanting to sell drugs or do a job to earn the money but that changed and I started to earn the money. I didn't intent to harm anyone or ruin anything with the action I did & I am sorry for following through with it. It wasn't the right thing to do and hopefully can be trusted to come back and continue my journey

You kinda do by doing this. You neglect the character building that your player goes through on the server meeting new people and roleplaying. Moving money across to another character so you can get a car quicker or by a car quicker disadvantages so many people on the server who have been going about it the normal way.

You've had a ban before for selling items with minimal roleplay, I am seeing a minimal roleplay theme here with you no?

I had the character for a bit made some of money, bought my apartment and then decided to send over money so I did build it a little bit by meeting people and making a bit of money. I didn't buy any cars with the money just kind of had it sitting in my bank If you check my account but of course I shouldn't have done it regardless I do apologise.

& the previous ban the staff deemed it minimal roleplay but to me at the time a gang threatening me with family and harassment by being kidnapped alot etc was enough for me to listen to them but after the ban I understood that its not enough to follow demands and there needed to be more roleplay & haven't sold to them or anyone else since.

I roleplay to the best of my ability and would rather roleplay over gunplay. I've made many situations where for example I've organised my group & gone around dressed as bugstar, secroserv or a lifeguard & roleplayed sorting out pest issues, sea rescues/beach patrols or protecting people for cash so I try RP as much as I can

It was a start of character thing that I haven't done since so I've already stopped doing it before the ban but I do want to keep my time on the server going its a fun server one of the best in my opinion & I have a friend that has recently started and want to make his time here better & the friends I've already got on here I want to keep playing with. I try keep my head out of the ban list but this has just caught up to me, I don't do anything like it anymore

For you to be unbanned we will do a complete wipe on all characters. ONly thing you would be able to keep is faction whitelisting.

even the house and contents? because the funds are still sitting in the bank and not used. guns & drugs weren't gained through the rulebreak

All assets will be removed - a complete character wipe, in terms of House, Vehicles, Money and other assets, as Stavik stated - The only thing your character keeps, is the memory of previous RP events, as well as current faction whitelisting.
