In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for a situation that failed to meet a high roleplay standard as well as meet criteria and ended up in RDM. The situation began with police coming towards Kash, before they approached him we spoke over the radio that we are not letting Kash get arrested as moments ago two of our other members were taken into MRPD due to a Tweedle post with firearms, we agreed that if Kash was to be put into cuffs and attempted to taken down to MRPD we will engage the police to save him, we told Kash to make it clear to the police if he is not let go the police might find themselves in a predicament, at the time the police were unaware of our presence to our knowledge and just seen Kash, he made it clear to the police that if he ends up being arrested things will not go the way they seem to be playing out to the police. Since our scout had not seen Kash being let go we began to engage the police. One of our members fired and so I followed.

Why should we unban you ?: I'm not happy that I ended up here a month after I was unbanned those four months ago, I am quite honestly disappointed as I never intended to break any rules, however looking back on my actions and reading over the initial report I can see why the report went up, the situation was unfair to the police as it seemed like an Arma initiation, this server is not a place for this as it holds it a high roleplay standard. I have spent the last three months watching content creators provide high roleplay standards to others, over this time it’s opened my eyes to how I can carry myself on the server if I am to be allowed to return to the community. These last three months have been long for me, as they should have, actions have consequences. I have missed out on so many roleplay opportunities with the community and quite frankly I missed playing on the server, I can assure you that moving forward I have no intention to be putting myself in these 50/50 situations where people will experience an unfair situations nor a fun one, I have made sure to educate myself with the server rules and have spent time looking at the reports on the forums, to ensure that I do not make mistakes that I have made and others have made. After assessing that information I understand what I will need to do next to ensure these situations don’t occur and I do not intend to make any further predicaments that could negatively impact the server and its community.

Here we are again in the appeals section. Now had this have been your first ban we wouldn't be in this predicament, but this is your THIRD BAN overall that you have had to appeal.

You say during these 3 months you've had time to reflect as well as keeping up on the forums and watching other player reports which is always a good idea to ensure you are seeing what is and isn't acceptable standards of roleplay. So with everything you've learned in mind, I want you to tell me in detail how you would deal with a similar situation to the one that led to your ban differently now if it was to arise again.

First of all thank you for taking the time out of your day to deal will my appeal.

I am sure they have been. You say during these 3 months you've had time to reflect as well as keeping up on the forums and watching other player reports which is always a good idea to ensure you are seeing what is and isn't acceptable standards of roleplay. So with everything you've learned in mind, I want you to tell me in detail how you would deal with a similar situation to the one that led to your ban differently now if it was to arise again.

To begin with If this situation was taking place I would ensure to communicate to the rest of the gang to come out and approach the officers involved, or even go out of my way personally and begin a roleplay situation where we would speak to the officers at hand about what is happening and why. As this was traffic stop I would firstly begin to question the officer why they pulled Kash over, and if the officer told me to let them proceed with their business I'd stay close by and just listen out to the conversation between Kash and the officer play out. If the officers just wanted to check Kash's identity like they first asked I would have attempted to assist Kash in the current situation by personally speaking with the officer and confirming the identity, however if the officers still wanted to detain Kash I would have called out on radio for the rest of my assosciates to come out of their positions and inform the officer that he will not be being taken down to the station in a civil manner, if things further escalated to weapons being drawn I would try to inform the officer that he is outnumbered and he should leave the area, from here I would have to assess how the situation plays out, if he called for backup I would have tried to get everyone out of the area, away from police, however if the officer pursued a more hostile manner and began to threaten everyone at hand I would then begin to try and kidnap him before reinforcements arrive and deal with him how the rest of the gang wanted to deal with him.

Hi @Liam, thank you for taking the time to deal with my appeal.

To begin the rules I broke were G1.2 Which is Random Deathmathch. Random deathmatch is shooting or killing someone without engaging in any roleplay. 
This rule is in place to stop any player from just going out and killing any member of this community without any reason and is detrimental to be in place to allow roleplay to occur without this rule being in place the server would not function as a roleplay server and just negatively impact members of this community.

If I am allowed to return to this community, my plans are to begin interacting with my friends and other members of the community and catch up on the events I have missed. I also strive to better my roleplay standard therefore I will be trying to meet new individuals and seeing if I can help them out with anything or even get some of the new members started within the community.

Another one of my plans is to return to playing as my police character and continue my training within the faction and gain new roleplay experiences as that character, I wish to complete my taser training and essentially try to progress into RPU as some may know me for enjoying pursuits. Furthermore I want to begin working into progressing my police character and building up his storyline as well as begin to network between all the departments and find my place in the police department.

Amongst all these things I just wish to return to the community as I have been eager to come back and catch up with everyone I haven't been able to interact with over the last 3 months.

I understand I have brought my reputation down by recieving these bans but I wish to redeem myself and show the members of staff and this community that I can do better and provide everyone with a good time on the server and great memories.

I appreciate the effort you have put into your appeal and responses. You do seem eager to come back, but how do i know in say 3 months from now I wont see you back here in the appeals section again?

To be honest with you Siren I have made a lot of mistakes on this server, personally speaking I never inteded for them to happen but they did, I cannot deny that. It's happend and I have had to suffer the consequences like I have previously stated.

My goal moving forward is to show the staff team and the community that I do not intend to break any server rules or cause any negligence to a players enjoyment on the server, I simpy wish to come back and carry on doing what I really enjoy, and that is, roleplaying within this community I have been here for over a year now, I have seen rises of players and their downfalls, I do not wish for the latter on myself so I wish to improve my standing with this community by demonstrating that I have changed over these last 3 months, I have reflected on the mistakes I have made and can only hope to do better. 

My motivation is to not end up here once again is simply of the fact that I will not be able to have great times and memories with my friends and networking out with people I have never had the chance to interact with before. I know if I make another error I wont be seen here for more than six months if not more if staff would deem so, but I honestly don't intend to allow myself to slip and take away these 3 months of studying other roleplayers, report forms and unban appeals, I studied these so I do not make these mistakes and penalise myself or others.

I hope this appeal shows that I strive to demonstrate to the staff and to the community that I have changed and I am willing to do better.

How can we trust, that if successful that we wont see you back here?

What have you been upto in the past three months except 'Studying other roleplayers', 'Report a Players', 'Unban Appeals'?

Hi @Liam, 

To begin with I have been spending the last three months looking into my previous bans, I have put myself in the other peoples perspectives and seen how it impacted them, this gave me an insight how I should be condoning myself, I should have done this prior and taken everything into account but obviously this situation occured that led to the RDM ban, like I stated before I have looked into this situation and I know if one arises it wouldn't occur again. I have learnt from the mistakes I have made and just wish to show the community and the staff team that I have learned from this experiece.

I have been away for three months, these three months have been a long consequence of my actions and I do not wish to be away from the server again, I can gurantee that I will be condoning myself in the server rules, ensuring any situation I end up in that the highest quality of roleplay is given to each and everyone individual I may come across, this is for their enjoyment and my own.

Over the three months I have spent some time away from fivem, and focused on some other games, this gave me the chance to focus my energy in other games but also gave me to recollect myself, I know that If i was to return I would be returning with a level head, as well as an open mind, like I've stated in this appeal prior, I want to redeem myself, I want to show the community and the staff that I have changed and will not be making and of these simple avoidble rule breaks, as they should'nt have occured in the first place, but I know for a fact that I have changed and wish to demonstrate that to the community. I do apologize that I have put myself in these situations that resulted in unfair and poor roleplay situations to other, I just want the chance to show everyone that these mistakes are not to happen again and deliver everyone with an enjoyable and quality time on the server.

Will you be re-joining a gang (Cutlass)?

Hi @Liam, 

Yes, I will be returning to my gang, its the only gang I feel part of, however I will be rejoining with a changed attitude, I will not be adamant on hostile interactions but furthering an RP storyline, not only this but I will be hoping to bring forth more RP interactions bringing the gang forward withing the community as well as allowing people to learn what the gang stands for and is about. 

Also when my friends are not about my goal is to either develop my character further, this would entice in networking out to other people maybe even gathering funds to start up a business of some sort, I havent figured that one out just yet but I have some plans for Eze. Secondly I intend to play as my police character and develop his storyline further.
