In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to a mistake I have made by rejoining cutlass, breaching the timeframe I was meant to have to take time out for myself and experience different opportunities and other sides of the server.

This has ruined the staffs and communities trust in me leading to my ban.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe I should be unbanned as I breached the terms by mistake, it was never my intention to break the staff's trust in me or the terms they have set forward to me. I made a genuine mistake.

I understand this may look the opposite towards the staff, therefore I understand the consequences that were issued for my transgression.

I would like to begin with the fact that on my timeout I have developed the character Lukas Grey in a greater way than I ever have with any other character, It is the character I have had more enjoyable roleplay opportunities than before this was due to a change of mindset from my last ban back in June.

I would like to highlight how my character has changed as well as display how my mindset has changed towards this server and its community.

To begin with, when I originally created LG (Lukas Grey) I had a predetermined storyline with the character, a corrupt NHS medic that would gather and sell drugs within the city, with access to an ambulance and an NHS uniform he would be able to hide in plain sight, he would be able to slip police and other government officials to create a drug network working only for himself.

He went out looking for opportunities to obtain cocaine, meet new people, and see where he could make a start for his criminal enterprise when he wasn’t clocked on saving people whilst working for the NHS.

He met an individual who clued him in on how cocaine is obtained and offered to give him half of the cocaine that he would bring back from the island, on of of these trips he met Michal Mason, who at the time was weary of LG, however with LG communication skills he tried to negotiate a deal with him, where he could steal packages if they did not belong to the Aztecas, LG also asked Michal for work, if they ever needed packages collected or sold directly towards LG. Now that this connection was made LG had an opportunity to gain supplies in and out.

On the flight back from the Island LG was meant to land on the racetrack near the casino, where he was tailed by a police car this was a troubling situation, in the end, LG was caught and taken down to Vespucci, he was interviewed for an hour and was suspended from the NHS for piloting a plane without a license, possession of a bladed article.

Due to this LG’s plan turned sideways, increasing the risk he would have to take on if wanted to continue to distribute drugs within the city.

Some time went by and LG began selling drugs himself directly to the locals, he managed to acquire a sum of 600k, which he used to contact Michal Mason directly and decided to begin his Drug distribution network, cutting his coke and selling for profit to the drug pushers of the city, pulling in orders such as 10 kilos per 2 days and later 15 per week, he created an income for himself, however, the city began to slowly dry up after around a month of his drug enterprise.

LG was then set to find a new way of income.

During his time of dealing with numerous individuals, he remembers he made good friends with Vespucci Crowns at the time, he began operating with them for some time, helping out with business deals and bringing in new mentalities to support their gang, however, due to previous issues within their organisation it was already deteriorating, LG tried to save their crew and make them come out stronger however the gang ultimately disbanded.

LG was good friends of the VC leader Eric, as both of them found themselves somehow without a larger Crew they thought of business ideas that could help them find a new place that could generate an income, and they began pulling their resources to move into a different drug Meth, but after spending some time gathering their information on its creation and began distributing it, they found out that the locals wouldn’t pay as much as the former drug of cocaine, seeing how drugs have somewhat slowed down within the city they needed to find a new way.

LG, being a previous NHS worker, thought that the city had no access to Elastic Bandages, only the NHS had the ability to use these highly efficient bandages. However, when they robbed a pharmacy to obtain the materials for cooking meth they realized they could get into the NHS stock of Trauma bandages and Elastic bandages.

The idea became of creating an inventory of these precious bandages to then later shut down the pharmacies creating a need for the population to come directly to LGE_Pharmaceuticals, the company made a substantial income from the stock, selling to the Owner of Clinton bulk supplies of different bandages earning themselves around half a million pounds.

LGE suffered an information leak, and all of a sudden pharmacies began to be robbed on a frequent basis as no one wished to fund LGE no more, they preferred to gain their own supplies for themselves leaving the business with no more clients.

I hope these instances showed the roleplay I wish to bring to the server and the amount of change my mentality has had over the time I have spent on this very server.

It was never my intention to break the staff's trust over a simple mistake but as I mentioned previously some mistakes have consequences as they should if they are to break the trust of the people who support this community and ensure the server functions with a healthy approach to roleplay.

I hope whoever deals with my appeal understands my mistake and can see past it, understand that I can be trusted, and see what I wish to bring to this community rather than the past where I had multiple rules broken.

You were given a clear 3 month cooldown before re-joining Cutlass as part of a punishment.
Although you've developed LG as a character which is clear and a very good read as per what you've written above, you've gone ahead and ignored the conditions given to you and joined 2 months into it.

- What was the lead up to you joining Cutlass?
- Why you have completely disregarded the conditions given to you?

Thank you for your swift response and for dealing with my unban appeal.
 

I would first like to address the "Ignored Conditions" I never actually intended to ignore them, I strongly believed I had waited the three months, as I had a screenshot of the ticket dm the condition was issued and due to being eager to return to being in a gang with my friends I miscalculated the amount of time that has passed, I tried to make this clear when I was in an in-game sit. It was never my intention to breach the conditions set towards me as I didn't want to neglect the chance staff offered upon me and wished to prove that I could respect the server rules and staff's decision. I understand this may be looked at from both sides but this is the genuine truth, if I had done this on purpose it would be pretty stupid as I would've been banned like in this instance, which I had no intention of putting myself back on the forums, However, I understand my mistake may need to suffer a consequence due to the fact it still neglected the terms set upon me.
 

Now onto the previous question.
 

Originally LG ran into Cutlass after completing a taxi shift, as they were posted up by the arcade where a client was delivered by LG, he made some remarks towards Cutlass "Bobby" about how he looked like a garbage man due to his beard at the time. This was met with hostility with Cutlass where LG was robbed for a few of his belongings.
 

LG also began hearing of Cutlass whilst he was beginning his Drug Enterprise, he met Cutlass "Kane" when he saw him leaving the Azteca block after picking up a shipment from the Aztecas, seeing the Colours of the people he was robbed by. He followed Kane and saw him at a Gas Station fuelling up and began trying to gain information about what just occurred on the Azteca block, Kane offered to sell LG Drugs but at this point, he already had a plug with Aztecas just like Cutlass at the time before their war began.
 

Kane & LG began a form of small business dealings here and there whenever LG didn't have orders for large shipments from the Aztecas, or if Kane was waiting for his delivery and needed product slightly faster, Kane later found out how LG was obtaining drugs, and even on one instance drove up to the Arcade with an Ambulance to Kane to obtain a Kilo of coke.

This is around the timeframe where the incident with Coalition occurred, this is when my terms were set out for me.
 

Knowing I wasn't able to join Cutlass for 3 months I continued to develop the storyline between LG and the other Cutlass members, with the likes of "Johhny", "Danny" and "Paul".

Moving from this he had multiple instances where he offered his services to Cutlass as they were now beefing with Aztecas not in the sense of helping out that gang but supplying them with Drugs and other things he could gather whilst Cutlass had to remain proactive in being ready for any Azteca attack.
 

Whilst working on his other business he had also supplied Cutlass with the Elastic Bandages and had already a strong and established.
 

I had a small break from the server at a point as there wasn't much left for me to do after the Pharmaceutical business declined and drugs seemed to have slowed down. 

I returned to the server and had a couple of chats with Kash around the time I thought my cooldown was expiring, returning back to the server and establishing a form of RP between the gang and myself, on the 15th of Nov I had another chat with Kash and he invited me inside the Arcade. Due to providing Cutlass with ways to generate income for themselves whilst at war I proved myself to them and Kash.
 

I and another member of the community were Initiated into Cutlass from this point by a "Jump in."

So you had a screenshot of the timeframe that you couldn't rejoin Cutlass and any faction for 3 and 6 months respectively, So how can you "Miscalculate" this? Explain this to us as it's not a good look in the slightest you being back here.

Thank you for your reply.

I miscalculated it as I was eager to return to the gang, after all I've spent a year with these people developing Eze, the character was killed and I wanted to return to the gang I helped build and develop. I miscalculated it genuinely, I'd have no reason to lie as if I was to do this intentionally I would've been banned regardless which would be pretty stupid as it would put me away from said gang even further, maybe even with worser consequences. It's not that I was frequently checking this screenshot, I might've looked at it twice and after a while I forgot about it, made a stupid miscalculation and thought it was November that my timeout was lifted. Whoever pulled me to the in-game sit Im sure would understand as I was genuienly suprised as to why I was pulled. 

Could you explain this a bit more to us?

What I decided to do is continue to roleplay with these characters,
A.) To further build influence and even be considered as an option to maybe be accpeted into the gang.
B.) I knew that I wouldn't be able to join Cutlass for a period of time so I wanted to develop further Character relations, wether this would be providing them with Medical Equipment I was gathering whilst Working on my Pharmaceutical business to generate an Income for LG, or get cocaine to their gang as they had already developed a business with LG and needed to gain funds for themselves to obtain weapons.

I understand that it may look like I intentionally wanted to join, however why would I put myself back here on purpose?, especially with how I wish to redeem my past, afterall I wasn't involved in any reports made against myself throughout this whole time frame, I do not wish to be celebrated for this or anything but I just wish to highlight that I do not wish to break any server rules or terms that are set upon me to challenge my previous actions and teach me what I have done wrong. 

I hope that through this appeal I can highlight to the Staff and the Community that I did take the time away to actually work on my character and build RP with others that I may have not ineracted with prior, working on roleplay that I haven't even considered to take when playing as "Eze". 

I went from just being a gang member to somewhat a productive influence within the community being noticed by many players within the city, as a NHS Drug Mule and Pharmaceutical company at a point.

I appreciate the effort behind this appeal, and the storyline you've got behind your character so far is nice to see.
At least it's refreshing to see a genuine storyline and character development behind what you were/are doing with the gang based RP.

As already stated, it's odd that you miscalculated as if I were to be given conditions such as this I would making sure I noted the exact day to avoid a permanent ban such as this.
Say I were to give you another chance here on the server, what will you be doing moving forward with this character and the gang?

Evening @Danoo,

In terms of the Character I have a few avenues I need to progress for LG, I have had a working hit list progressing during the time I was still restricted from joining the gang at the time so I could revert to continuing the research and finding a way to of dealing with the individuals that have wronged LG. 
 

Secondary avenues that I am yet to explore is finding out if I can find another business scheme for LG to move into, like I have stated I did intend to run a secondary pharmacy however due to being limited to the amount of workers I had at the time the business had to stop as there was a lot of heat returning back on the organisation. 
 

in terms of gang role-play, I do wish to bring my mindset forward, I wish to expand on possible current areas such as gang relations between some of the gangs, offering services maybe even some form of business relating to LGE_Pharma, not only this but as LG was medically trained maybe even holding sessions for other gangs to educate them on the basic dealings with things such as stabbing a or gunshot wounds. 
 

There’s a lot of options available for LG and I do want to explore the possibilities for the character, if I was to receive any conditions to allow me back into the community I will ensure this mistake does not happen again and would have dates noted down to ensure I do not make the mistake that has led me to the forums.

Considering you were let off lightly (Avoiding a permanent ban) by being set the conditions which you broke, I think it's only fair we continue with certain conditions on yourself.
Let's say you are given another chance on the server, you'll be given another cooldown of 3 months before you can re-join Cutlass and your current faction blacklist will remain.

Would you accept these conditions?

Given the nature of this appeal and heavy effort behind it I am willing to give you another chance on the server. 
I appreciate the depth you've gone into with your character and explaining as much as you can here to give us some insight. It is also nice to see the amount of effort behind the characters story so far and I hope the RP can continue in a positive way.

Obviously, as stated your unban conditions are the following:

- Any ban within the next 6 months will be a permanent, and will be much harder to appeal
- Your faction blacklist will still remain and can be appealed with SL.
- You will need to wait another 3 months before joining Cutlass, once you re-join the server, please leave that gang.
