Reason given for your ban: Discrimination

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Whilst in a role play argument I told a player "kill yourself". They must have then reported me for discriminatory language, which this is not. I have only been playing the game for one afternoon and a short time in the morning and now I have found myself to be permanently banned.

Why should we unban you ?: To be honest, I think that this ban is completely unfair due to being based off incorrect information, as what I said is not discriminatory. Furthermore, I feel as although me telling the player to kill themselves was part of my roleplay, I also find it harsh and unfair that I have been permanently banned. I do not believe that players should have the power to report based on anything and no evidence is required to enforce the ban. I believe the player should be warned for choosing the incorrect reason for his report. I did not receive any warning. No admin nor mod came to speak to me. Hence, this immediate permanent ban is completely unjustified.

No, it does not sound familiar. As previously mentioned I do condone nor partake in any form of racism. Either there has been an identity mistake or I would like to see proof, as I did not say this. Without proof, what is stopping somebody reporting someone under false claims and anyone getting banned. What happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Having just reviewed the evidence myself, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that you did indeed say this. We are not in the business of banning people unnecessarily, that brings us no benefits whatsoever. Now, are you willing to tell the truth?

As you have just reviewed it, please provide said evidence. Without evidence there is nothing to show I was not banned unnecessarily.

I am telling you that you were banned with evidence, we do not need to show you this evidence. Personally, I wouldn't even want to post something with this kind of language on our forums. That being said, that it not the main reason that I am not posting it. All that needs to be said it that you are seen, clearly saying these words, with a 0% chance of error.

Please show me where it states that you do not need to provide evidence. After looking through the rules, I see no where that states that a staff member needn't provide evidence for a ban. If this is not the main reason, then please do post it or send it to the email linked to this account. The fact that you are withholding this information means you cannot ascertain that there is "a 0% chance of error".

I feel that we are going around in circles here. As I have stated, we are 100% that is was you and 100% sure on what you said. This is not a court, we do not need to provide you evidence of your guilt. You are here as we are already sure of your guilt. This is a place to come back, admit what you did was wrong and prove to us that you are capable of not doing it again.

As such, I will deny this appeal but would invite you to apply again once you have accepted these facts and are willing to right your wrong.
