In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I got banned because I picked up a candy cane from my other character. I logged in my new character and opened the advent calendar and got some christmas food from it. I later picked up this candy cane with my other character. So what I did was wrong, but atleast I didn't transfer any money. I was not aware of me breaking a rule, because I was busy with other important things in RP, such as a court case, that is going on.

Why should we unban you ?: I made a mistake and I am really sorry about this. I respect all the rules and I can promise I read every rule while playing this server. My intention was not to cheat by getting an advantage from other characters. Hence why I didn't transfer any money. This was only about a christmas candy cane I picked up unaware. I really like this RP server and I would love to play it. But now I got a permanent ban without a warning before. I can throw the candy canes away if you'd like to. Also I have never broken a rule before this and I am always respectful to everyone. I would love to hear what I can do to make this permanent ban go away, because I really want to play this server again, also I have a court case going on in a few days. I would love to be present at that moment. Also it is christmas day, please let this one slide. I promise i wont break a rule

Why did you risk everything and break a rule that is as clear as day... for some candy canes?

If you read everything what I have written you can see that I wasn't really paying attention to what i was doing, because I had other stuff going on. Is there another way to get an unban?

I knew transfering money is illegal ofcourse but I did not have picking up some food in my mind.

Honestly, I don't know. I hope my appeal gets accepted and I get just one more chance to prove myself.

Did it not strike you as odd that you don't share inventories between characters? That your characters cars, houses, jobs, money et cetera are all separate? That, upon joining the server, you select which character you want to play for that session. That each character gets their own advent calendar.

G2.9 is a fairly common sense rule, and I don't buy the fact that you weren't aware you were breaking any rules (or at the very least, doing something clearly not intended). Even if you hadn't read the rules, you have all of the above indicators.

You also haven't really answered my other question - why go to all that effort for candy canes?

To answer your question: I logged in into a new character and got some food from the advent calendar. Since I really didn't play that character I was thinking about storing my food in my characters house. It was really stupid because I already had a lot of food stored in my house. But as I said I wasn't really thinking clear because I had a court case I was worrying about. I was just thinking more food, the better, without thinking about the consequences, also i didn't really know transferring items was that bannable. Hope this answers your question and I can get an unban soon, because my holiday is ending next week and I won't be able to play RPUK that much.

Right. You are continuously commenting on appeals that do not involve you, in clear contradiction to our rules. You have now done this twice in the time on which you are meant to be on your best behaviour whilst banned.

You're a new player to the server and have decided to break this rule regardless of how minor you may feel it is.

Because of the above, you will be placed on cooldown for 1 month. You may appeal after 31/01/23.
