Reason given for your ban: C2.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for exploiting due to the fact that I was offloading a Benson through the fencing at Atomic.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe you should unban me due to the fact that I have been a member of this server for almost a year now on and off, I have recently come back to the city as of August/September, This is the first and last mistake I will be making on this server and I do now understand how my actions were not allowed. I was very compliant with the staff member who was dealing with my case due to the fact that this is my first time ever being in trouble with staff for a situation.

If I am unbanned I will be sure to never abuse this mechanic again and instead take the extra couple of seconds to pull all the way around as I now understand the consequences of my actions.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I agree it was a very silly thing to get banned over however I did break the rules and I am now facing the consequences.  

In regards to it making sense, looking back I now understand why it makes no sense within rp but I have now learnt from this mistake and will not be repeating it.

 
You've got a VERY clean record. Getting hit with a permanent ban for exploiting for your first ban is terrible.

You stated to The Staff Member who banned you, that you were taught to do this when you joined Vagos. Who taught you to do this and why did you listen to them where it doesn't make sense to be able to move items through a fence?

 
I do have a clean record and I hope my journey doesn't end here, I wasn't directly taught how to do this, however Rikka had explained the process of doing it, that I could put my hands through the fence and grab the items through the fence, and as it was done in RP I believed at the time (I was just helping Vagos rebuild at this point) it was the right thing to do and would it was allowed. 

Also in regards to moving items through a fence, I do now understand why it's completely wrong and completely dumb in RP however at the time when I was advised how to do it, it became normal to me and I was never told to not do this until it was too late.

“(C2.2) Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future.”

Exploiting is abusing an ingame mechanic to gain an advantage within RP. 

This rule is in place to keep order within the server because if everyone was allowed to exploit on the server the economy and everything would be a mess, it is also a rule to stop people having unfair advantages through exploiting.

 
I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt that this will not happen again. Please be aware that some exploiting bans do come with some conditions, Some of these include but aren't limited to;

  1. Inventory Wipes
  2. Character Deletions
  3. Character Wipes (Assets, Money etc..)



Also to note that as this is a permanent ban, any bans in the future within 6 months will be a permanent ban and lead you right back here.
