Reason given for your ban: C2.1
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I am unsure why I have been banned C2.1 is for game modification, I have not modified my game or have the knowledge for doing such a thing. My laptop is only set up for using Fivem and GTAV , I have nothing else on this laptop. I am honestly really confused and upset that this has happened to me because I haven't done anything wrong.
The ban is the following:
"(C2.1) Game modification - Using any sort of modification that changes the functionality of your game is not permitted to be used while you are logged into our servers. This includes non-malicious graphical enhancement utilities. We have systems in place in order to detect and punish users for this type of offence. This offence will result in a permanent ban without chance for appeal"
Im happy to talk on TS/ discord to support my claim in not knowing why this has happened.
Why should we unban you ?: I think I should be unbanned as I haven't done anything of the sort and all I do is chill with a few people talking and fishing and buy a few cars every now and then, I have also been helping with running a shop and I support the local shops by donating items for grand openings and also support the community with putting jobs in the city by putting orders in from the shop for people in the trucking community make some money I was also planning a few events as well which I was just getting posters made and sorting out dates ect to bring in more RP for myself and the other people in the city.
