In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned about two to three months ago because I allowed my emotions to get the best of me and combat logged after getting into a role-playing situation that didn't go well for me. The role-playing scenario ended up lasting a few hours, and when my body had been abandoned in a tunnel, I was really exhausted and wanted to get off. Knowing that combat logging was a punishable offence, I logged back on after realising my error. Given that I was behaving out of tiredness and anger, due to it being late at night. this is not me, and it won't happen again.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe i should be unbanned because I've thought back on my previous behavior and realized that what I did gave me an unfair advantage over other players on the server. I was previously banned for abusing an advent calendar exploit that was floating around last year, which similarly gave me an unfair advantage over others, but this was a different circumstance. I've behaved out of exhaustion and rage since other players in the role-playing situation (when bleeding out) have been making fun of me, and I just wanted to leave. I broke rule (C2.3) which is put in place In order to maximise the roleplay aspect of the game and to assure justice to all community members. I'm not the guy to be letting emotions affect me in the first place but i was extremely exhausted. I honestly will not repeat this mistake. I just feel like this is the only server i could play for a very long time since I love it so much. I sincerely apologize for my mistakes. I made a mistake and i am sorry.

This ban was from a month ago overall. You've mentioned that you let your emotions get the better of you, Is this a common thing that happens, If not what made this situation different? 

The whole "It won't happen again" you have claimed this before within your last appeal, I'll quote something you said "I read and understood the rules." So knowing the rules why did you believe it would be alright for you to break yet another rule?

No, it is not typical for me to let my emotions get in the way. As I already stated, I behaved in response to my exhaustion and fury. This isn't an excuse, but I just wanted to be open and tell you what caused my ban. Even though this is my second ban, I sincerely regret the making this mistake and it will not happen again. Honestly i will not repeat this mistake. My attitude that day wasn't the best due to multiple personal reasons, but since my ban, it has improved drastically and I won't breach any regulations in the near future, so please give me another chance.

I feel as though I'm always returning to this server. Being banned for the second time let me realise that this server and community is by far the best, and I won't be breaking any rules any time soon. From now on, if I am ever unbanned, I will handle the issue responsibly and resist the need to strike out in anger.

Whilst yes it's not an excuse overall, We do need to be sure should we offer you a chance to return that it won't be an issue moving forth where you break more rules. You've stated you won't repeat this mistake, How can you ensure us that it won't be an issue for this type of rule or any rule for that matter?

I broke the rule because I was exhausted, angry, and people in the role-play mocked me as I was bleeding out on the ground. First of all, I feel much more positive about everything now. After getting banned, I understood how foolish it was of me combat logging when I should have waited to bleed out. That course of action would have prevented me from receiving a ban and allowed me to stay a part of the loving community. I truly apologise once more for the error.
 
I also won't allow someone to influence me since that's not who I am. The scenario lasted for hours that day, and I was so exhausted that I acted out of frustration.  As I previously mentioned, I later understood how foolish I had been and that I should have waited until I passed out.

yet again I truly apologize for breaking rule C2.3, and I promise not to break any other rules, including C2.3 in the future. I sincerely hope I'm given another opportunity to be a member of this loving community.

Some situations can take a good few hours since there is no time limit on roleplay as a whole due to it not making much sense if there was. Lets say you get into a situation where you are being mocked again, How would you handle this?

Could you please quote the rule you have broken and in your own words explain why you believe we have such rules in place for the community?

I will remain composed and make sure not to allow my emotions get the better of me if I find myself in the same situation or any other circumstance that takes a significant number of hours and the other party is making fun of me.

I quote - "Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the role play (try messaging them with the mobile system first)."

In order to maximize the role play aspect of the game and to assure justice to all community members, this rule has been put in place. It is to guarantee all role play is handled appropriately by all players.

I'll hold you to your words here, I'll offer you a chance to return however you now need to keep in mind you have two permanent bans so should you end up back here for a third you will find it more difficult to receive another chance. As you've mentioned do your best to not let your emotions get the better of you however be there in the moment, It's all about the roleplay as a whole and this is something we need to keep in mind within all situations.

If both sides make an effort within the roleplay going back and forth you will find yourself enjoying situations you end up in, However if we go in with our mind set on the outcome or just the lack of wanting to roleplay then it goes downhill quicker. Take this chance serious and I do hope I don't see you return to the appeals section moving forth, Don't let me down.
