Why do you think you were banned: I've taken a few days to think about why I've been banned and I'm still unsure why, the use of OOC information and metagaming has never come into mind whilst playing the server. I have IRL friends who don't play the game, either being banned or just don't play whatsoever and I speak to them in Discord. I'm unsure of any situation that I've meta-gamed in as I've had a look back at some clips, during my time fighting against ballas and that was the only real time that I and other people in the gang were all together, but during these fights/ situations, I was always on deafened and only came off when the situation was fully complete, that's the reason I'm unsure with the ban.
Why should we unban you: I think I should be unbanned because, during my time playing this server, I don't go out of my way to break the rules, I want to stay within the guidelines and also enjoy myself and roleplay with others. I have 2 characters, one called Graeme Kidd and the other called Vito Chippieone, i only ever seem to have a problem with Vito, even though every time I go onto the server I look to provide the best roleplay on both characters yet Vito is the one I'm always being punished on.
I'm becoming a regular in these forums for silly mistakes I've owned up to in the past but this time I don't feel like I have anything to own up to as I know myself that I don't metagame, making sure I'm always on deafened before I go into any situation. I'm not going to promise that I won't do this again as I've said that too many times and obviously I find myself back here but during these situations with other people I look to make myself better by adapting to different roles and twists that roleplay offers and I make sure that I definitely don't overstep the mark of the rules, why would I want to get myself banned? So I can go through this tedious process again and again, I'd rather play the game and enjoy myself with my friends.
I was a bit confused when Danoo said to me that my ban was issued on a day that I wasn't active on the game, how's that possible?
One more thing, if you decide to unban me I'd continue to try to grow the Chippieones in a way that isn't breaking any rules, sometimes situations happen and a lapse of judgment occurs, as you know we all make mistakes, but I mean this when I say it, I don't go into any situation trying to break a rule.
