Why do you think you were banned: I think I was banned because I NVL'ed at a scrapyard when 4 Ballas held guns to my head and asked me to put my hands up repeatedly, yet I didn't comply multiple times and ended up being shot by someone behind me, not valuing my life at an important time.
Why should we unban you: I think you should unban me because it was, in all honesty, a stupid mistake and it was also me not wanting my ego in character to be harmed or damaged at the time of this incident, the embarrassment of Ballas taking me in front of many others watching was not something I would want people to see, so instead I decided to break the rules in the silliest of ways by not sticking my hands up. Obviously, I would've done it any other time that it may have happened to me because I know the consequences if I don't comply with the rules or people in the game it ends up with a hefty ban. If I get another chance I would take these situations into consideration, check my options and do the right thing in the RP situation whatever may happen. When in the city I feel I produce quite good RP to other people and give them the best experience they can have when in a situation with me, so it was a bit of a misjudgement at that time and I apologise for my actions. I knew when I was in this situation I couldn't attack anyone because that would've caused further problems so instead i just stood still and played off that it wasn't me who they wanted, but I know at that moment I should've complied with the guys from Ballas and stuck my hands up, acted out the rest of the situation to the best of my ability then went on with my day. I apologise for any inconvenience I've caused and I will obviously not repeat the same actions that I did do if I get another chance in the city. During this period of being banned, I've gone into other cities and have been producing the proper outcome when being hands' and outnumbered. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Hello there @El Vito Corleone , I hope you are well.

I will be honest, seeing you back here a mere 2 months after you have been unbanned is quite disappointing.

You mentioned that you did this as a result of having an ego and that it would have been embarrassing to be taken like that - these are things that will happen to you day after day on the server. How can we be sure it will not happen again?

Quote me the rule you broke and explain in your own words why it is in place and what effects it would have on the server if it was not.

Thanks for replying so quickly, I just want to say during my 2 months back I haven’t done anything wrong bar this. Also I know things can happen like this day to day on the server and every time it’s happened to me I’ve complied with the people carrying out the act, only this time I thought I had a chance to play it off, obviously I was wrong. The rule I broke was NVL, not valuing my life. This rule is in place to make sure that proper RP is carried out and to make sure the RP is as realistic as possible. The effects on the server if this was not in place would be people taking things unserious in life threatening situations therefore not creating good RP for the people carrying out the act whatever they may be doing. It would mean that really anything goes whilst in an outnumbered situation. The NVL rule is a good rule to be in place and I was stupid to break that very simple rule to follow, I again apologise for my actions and will not repeat my actions again.

Well, staying clear of rulebreaks for 2 months really is not an achievement, I hate to break it to you.

What are your plans going forward, should we decide to give you another chance? How can I be certain I will not see you back here again in another 2 month´s time?

I know that’s not an achievement, but I was just explaining that’s the first incident I’ve had since my ban and my lack of judgement one time has caused me to be back here once again. My plans going forward is the same as I’ve been doing for the past 2 months. I created the gang the Chippieones and I’m looking to continue to build the gangs stature when I’m back and gain the gang more respect and publicity. I want to lead my gang and make sure we all have the best RP experiences whilst doing what we are doing. You can be certain I won’t be back here in 2 months is because I don’t want to ruin the things I got within the city as the gang has come far since it started 2 months ago and I enjoy the experience of building up from the bottom to try reach the top, if I was to get another chance that would be my sole focus when in the city.
