Why do you think you were banned: I texted my friend "Nigga" Through the SMS feature just messing around, as it was just between me and him, in character and through the phone i didn't realise it would be against the rules to send an SMS. I'll be more careful what i say in the future, sorry.
Why should we unban you: I've been playing here for a while and i've never been in any trouble. I'm not racist and i never meant any offense, it was to my irl cousin who would've known it was a joke. It won't happen again if unbanned, apologies.

I meant i didn't realise it would be against the rules to use the N word in character through an SMS, not just send an SMS. Apologies. I'm an old school roleplayer, i come from SA:MP originally where it was entirely text based before FiveM. I'm used to roleplaying african american gang bangers, russians and all sorts of other races where you could pretty much say what you liked in character.

It was a mistake and like i say, no offense was intended and i will be careful what i say in future.

I did read the rules but that was quite some time ago, I made my account in 2022 and i've just came back. I would've assumed the rule in question applied to OOC communications and not in character communications as in character people shoot, rob, run over and do all sorts of despicable things to eachother on a regular basis. If i had said it in the ooc chat fair enough but it was in an SMS message between me and my cousin and it was intended as a joke in the first place, not in any way meant to offend or hurt anyone.

Well, Like i say it was not meant to offend anyone so for breaking that rule i apologize.

I've already said i'd be more careful what i say in the future, don't know what else i can say, it was a genuine mistake.
