In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was reported about a week ago for breaking the rule of compliance which I have looked at and understand. I was robbing someone and it all went fine, it was late at night so I was having a bit of fun with him but I accidentally took off my mask and said "You've seen too much, get on your knees" he then just asked how he does that and I gave him a few seconds waiting for him to argue that he hadn't seen anything or something like that... I thought in my head that I'd made myself clear and had given enough initiation, so I killed him. We then went in a DIscord call after a while, it was really late at night. I was willing to apologize to him and speak to him normally but he was fairly hostile, after I didn't agree with him on some things he said, he just hung up and said he was taking it further, I forgot completely about it until tonight when I logged on expecting to be able to play and I was presented with the notice that I was permanently banned.

Why should we unban you ?
I expect that my appeal will be looked at differently, considering my ban history. Since the incident originally happened I have started a small gang with about 7 members already and built a network with other gangs where we do bank robberies, drug runs and other criminal RP. I was saving for a house and a gang vehicle, having a lot of fun. I have taken everything a lot more seriously because I wanted to become a whitelisted gang. That was the only time I was reported for anything since that incident. I have played around 10 hours a day for the past week and enjoyed every second of it. I honestly have learned from each ban but this one is a bit iffy because of reasons said above, but I have still gone on the rules and read them through fully, twice following the incident. I have apologized over discord to TikTak . I love this server and it is by far the best I have ever played and I was so sad to find out I was banned. Why should I even consider this appeal @EC4 ? after stating this in your previous appeal "You are quickly running out of chances I highly suggest you have another read of the rules and I mean a proper read. Now don't let this chance go to waste!" Do you need to be banned for every rule to understand them? Did you need real the rules when asked to on your previous appeal? Honestly i'm struggling to see why I should give you another chance. I will give you the opportunity to try and convince me, so over to you.

Yeah I know you shouldn't have to keep talking to me about it but I honestly did read all the rules and I didn't purposely break the compliance rule, I didn't think killing him would breach the rules because he had seen my face but on further analysis of the situation I realize it was boring and poor RP for the other player from me. I will read the rules in full again and I promise you won't have to correct me on anything again, like I said I am starting up a gang and I am taking everything we do very seriously. I am always trying to improve the experience for other players and make it fun but this situation was stupid on my part and I am sorry. If you choose to unban me I will continue being very serious about anything I do in RP because I don't want to waste any more of your time dealing with me. thanks for reading

@EC4 I think you need a time away, we have given you multiple chances and you just throw them back in our faces I won't be giving another chance yet. You can appeal in a month and we will review your appeal then.
