In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I Was banned for G1.2 (RDM) And C1.15 (Ban Evasion). For the RDM, I Believe I killed 2, people wrongfully without giving a proper RP scenario
Why should we unban you ?: First of all I would like to say, I am in no shape or form saying what I have done is justifiable or my punishment was unjust, I believe it was rightful. And I would like to apologise to the staff team and the people involved in the scenes. as its not a good look on me, (the server) as it can tarnish the view. So let me start off with explaining the RDM situation, I was at a "gang block" with some friends. we had someone pull up in a random car claiming this is there old block. and they seemed really sketchy about the whole situation, I had someone on the roof next to the block. and whilst I'm speaking to the guys in a car. I get told by the guy on the roof that there is people coming up the stairs with guns. He said this on the radio, so my first instinct. Was to run over there and see what was actually happened and whilst I was seeing them I saw there guns out. and my first instinct to shoot happened. I originally thought it was a setup from the people that came to the block in the car. me and my friends believed the people in the car and the people coming up the stairs. knew each other and coordinated this attack. But it came to my knowledge to late that they didn't know each other and it was just an insane coincidence that took place at that time. So I shot them without giving a valid RP scenario. Which I agree is wrong. But what I would like to also say, Is in the UK law. Is if someone is in your home, or your land you have the right to protect your self by any means in the heat of the moment. If you believe what you done was necessary. And In my defence they did try to sneak up with me on guns. So I was trying to protect my self and my friends but I can also agree that additional RP Should of happened before shooting straight away. And I apologise on behalf of that as it was a honest mistake. Like I said I made a lot of friends on this server, and I think everyone who plays it can agree its a good escape from reality after a hard day of work or a stressful day at UNI the community is amazing and the server its self is a one of kind. And I'm fairly new to fiveM so I was never really sure what a ban evade is of course I knew the meaning cause its fairly self explanatory but I never knew the consequences. and that's no ones fault but mine, but I got told by some friends at the time that it was an okay reason to do so, and they would tell me how to do and I should pay them. they said I wouldn't get shit cause its not against the rule. and these people have played fiveM a lot longer than me and been on this server a lot longer so I thought it was a just Reason, and they were being genuine obviously it turns out there not. but it was a stupid mistake that could of been prevented if I did take time to read every rule which I have certainly done now. This server has been great and I've really enjoyed my time here making new friends. I would like to put in my favour this is my first offence. and I have no intentions to try and ruin the RP on here or make people have a "bad time" I'm happy to answer any questions you guys may have for me.
