Reason given for your ban: G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: My reason for my ban is because of G2.9 which consists of stupidly transferring money between characters to gain a financial advantage.

Why should we unban you ?: The reason i should be unbanned is because after these few days ive had time to rethink and reading my past appeal to the reason i did it i have come to realise how stupid of me it was. The reason i did it was not because i wanted to get the staffs attention because now that ive properly thought about it how would breaking the rules to gain staffs attention ever work in my favor, it wouldn't. the reason i did it was because whilst i was having VOIP issues i thought i would decide to transfer the money between characters in hope that i wouldn't actually get caught for doing it and so that i would have more money on my main character. These past few days since my ban and also my last appeal ive had a good amount of time to realise how idiotic and pathetic of me it was to even attempt this. I came to the realisation that the reason this server wouldnt be as good as it is if it wasnt for the staff and the admins in the first place. I realise the rules are the rules and they are there not only to ensure the roleplay is smooth but it also keeps the game fair for everyone. Hence why i should have never even attempted to transfer the money in the first place no matter the circumstance. And also as for the VOIP issues i also sincerely apologies to every member of staff who tried there best to help me. i should have been more patient with yous as you have a city of over 300 people to constantly watch over taking time out of your own days for free to ensure the server runs as smooth as can be. I do sincerely apologies and i can 110% ensure the whole roleplay.co.uk staff team that it will never be happening again.

You were having VOIP issues at the time, at this moment you were on your own so surely wouldn't have any clue that this was an issue.
Even if VOIP was an issue, why would this suddenly make you begin transferring items between characters? This doesn't make any sense to me. 

 
So the VOIP issues started the night before the transferring. I couldn't hear the car engines, footsteps or any sfx like that or people talking. The only things i could hear were the car radio and the ringtone on my phone. When i logged back on the next day i tried to fix it because it still wasn't working. and when i was told to re-log by a staff member i had already tried that beforehand so i instead made a ticket when the staff member told me to. The transferring money kind of came from me not being able to play the game properly. i didn't want to start taxi work or go to the mine in case i had some form of interaction and i couldn't interact with the other players so i thought to be greedy and try transferring money between characters as another source of income to my character. The whole thing basically came from me being impatient with the game and more importantly not being patient with the staff either which like i say, after these few days i realise how dumb it actually was of me. Hopefully that clears it up for you and makes a little more sense as to why i performed the actions i did.

So what is your overall goal on the server? I ask this because if you were here for roleplaying purposes, I would assume you'd have not interacted with the game whatsoever until your VOIP was fixed as the whole purpose is to roleplay, no? 
You took it upon yourself to begin exploiting money into the game, instead of ensuring you can roleplay.

 
My overall goal within the game is to Role play. Yes i made the stupid decision of using an exploit to gain a financial advantage over making sure i am able to carry on role-playing. The correct decision for me should have been to wait  patiently for staff to look at my ticket rather than start to exploit the game to earn money instead.

What character(s) are you planning to play here?
What quality roleplay stories/scenarios are you planning to bring with you? 

 
Well atm I am still quite new to the server but my main character is a mechanic in auto exotic. My character is trying to gain as many phone contacts as possible to gain connections within the city. Wether it be for businesses such as mining or drugs or wether it be for weapons and also help aswell. The ideal goal my character has is to grow a mining business, get people working for me and earn a lot of money. He strives on helping people in the best way possible when it comes to business. Wether it's his workers or the people he sells to. He has a good heart but an easily set of temper which isn't ideal to get on the wrong side of. My character will bring people together within the server and also help others to earn a very good income for themselves. Also bare in mind I am still learning a lot about this server too and this may vary at some point as I found out more within the city and what kind of things I am able to do.

Now, bans such as these come with some unban conditions which are the following:
You may pick one character to keep, this character will receive a full wipe (Bank, Cash, Inventory, Loadout, Cars, Houses, Stashes etc) and the remaining characters will all be permanently deleted.

Do you agree to these conditions and if you do, which character would you like to keep? 

 
Id like to keep Dylan Robinson. The main one that i use. 

Also do i kepp all my knowledge and memories such as mining IQ and taxi and mechanic levels?

The above wipe has been completed and to answer your question, Dylan Robinson will keep all of the knowledge and memories + contacts and friends etc.
He will have lost the licences too as part of the character wipe so they'll need to be obtained again within roleplay.

Please, do not get yourself back here again for such an avoidable mistake and I hope you've managed to learn from this.
Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be a permanent as per FBS. Please don't waste the chance.
