In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Hey! I played on your server years ago and got banned because you thought I had codes even though I didn't. It has been years since that event and I would hope that you would take my application seriously because I like your server. It would be great if we could come to an agreement. I haven't had any codes or hacks, so I got banned for no reason. I hope you understand! I know how to behave on your server and I wouldn't do anything against the rules! regards M.

Why should we unban you ?: The reason why I would like the bans removed is because I like your server!
I know how to play fairly and against breaking the rules.
It would be great to get back to play on your server, so I hope we can come to an agreement!
