In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: C2.3 Combat logging, leaving the server during RP. this could be a gun fight, being arrested or rage quitting

Why should we unban you ?: Thank you for taking the time to view my appeal. I apologise for the lack of effort in the appeal but i feel it is not needed as much as it is just a misunderstanding. I have been banned without my report being looked at by a member of staff. It has actually been sorted out between the opposing parties. Ill attach a link to the report so you can see. The issue has been resolved, with evidence in the report feed and the imgur links to discord chats. Ill also attach those here. Also, Ticket 18478 between me and L1L is supporting evidence also.

As soon as it happened, as i couldn't message in OOC i opened a discord ticket as i was leaving the house. I then spoke to the opposing party on discord when i got home to resolve the issue, which we did.

Good evening @Don Berna

I've had a look over the video you have provided within the player report against yourself and it is clear you didn't combat log in this situation. At the time the situation was overviewed by the staff team and that's why you would of noticed the ban prior to the report going up. This is one of these moments that recording does help overall and gives us the bigger picture, As such I have gone ahead and removed your ban fully as if this didn't happen.

This will not effect your position on the fair bans system! Apologies for the inconvenience caused and welcome back!
