Unban Appeal for DnB Farmer

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Hello, so from looking at the forum I was sent by Nuclear and after speaking to him in TS. I have been band for:
Game modification - Using any sort of modification that changes the functionality of your game is not permitted to be used while you are logged into our servers. This includes non-malicious graphical enhancement utilities. We have systems in place in order to detect and punish users for this type of offence. This offence will result in a permanent ban without chance for appeal.
When speaking to Nuclear he mentioned it may be some sort of software that i have installed. I can assure you that i have no access to anything like that. I wouldn't even know where to start, i even had to ask him how to get into ts due to being very IT illiterate.
Why should we unban you ?: The reason why I think you should unbanned me is because I truly have no clue/understanding of what I have done. I purchased this PC solely to play on FiveM and have never installed any sort of firmware/Software or any sort of game modification. As i stated above, i am so IT illiterate that i wasn't even able to join TS let alone Download/Install something that would be used to modify a game.
In addition to this, knowing the seriousness of the rules within Roleplay.co.uk i wouldn't risk anything that would get me banned or prevent me from playing in the city. I have used this server as an escape from things in my personal life and have met some incredible people whilst being in the city and as stated i wouldn't risk being unable to play/speak with them.
