Reason given for your ban: c2.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: because i was exploiting and had no purpose to roleplay to certain standard

Why should we unban you ?: I want to begin by apologising to the whole community and staff for my actions. My time during rolplay.co.uk was when I first started playing FiveM because of this I was an unexperienced in general and didnt know the rules or how to RP. My Role Play skills have got alot better as I have lots more experience in other servers now. Some of these being OTHER RP SERVERS*. In these servers I had important whitelisted roles or have been involved with serious gang RP. Now that I have learnt to Role Play and deeply read the rules I believe that I should be valid for a second chance to join. Also my time at rolplay.co.uk was very short and I was there purly to mess around however I have a different mindset to RP now.

I feel I can use this server for very good RP and make it a more better for everyone. I want to do this by sharing my skills that I have got from other servers and people during the time that I have been banned. I really want to get involved with Police as soon as im back in. However, I also want to try ems too as I have gathered more information from other servers and believe that i could bring a lot to the table. This will also help me as it will be high quality and serious Role play all round so and wont be tempted into breaking any rules and make sure that I am always doing something.

Another reason why I think I should be unbanned is that I have new ideas that I feel I could bring to build it up and make new openings for RP. I already know alot of people who are also happy to get behind my ideas so they can jump start as soon as possible. Therefore once again im apologising for my previous actions as there is no justification for what I did and I take full responsibility for all of it. However I am here to set my name straight and make everyone have a better Role Playing experience.

As well as the fact that I have took a long hard look and read the rules in depth to make sure I am always in line with anything that I do and I am fully clued up on everything that I need to know. I also believe that I have matured massively during my time away and I would love to start streaming again on twitch as I started to build a little community before my ban and would love to have the privilege of doing that again and bring some entertainment to other players of THAT SERVER**  while they are off. I would also be committed to this server and wont have any interest in other servers so roleplay.co.uk would have all my time and I would be able to put in around 4-5 hours a day to whatever whitelisted faction I can get in to.

Also I feel like my time was cut very short so I didn't get a chance to do anything really as I was just seen as a "troll" because of this I want to show and prove to everyone that I can RP and that I am here to take things seriously. When I first join the server I already have RP lined up for me that my friends in the server are already on going with and I would love to join them as soon as possible and begin to me some new faces and be involved with the best RP that this server has to offer

I am also happy to speak with the staff team in team to put things straight if that is something i need to do.

i am also banned from the discord for the same reason i have spoken to a member of staff and have proof that i am banned from the discord for c2.2 as he said i wa banned for it, i am happy to send screen shots.

You've mentioned that you have read the rules however the only thing you've mentioned is your roleplay and not even touched on the reason you are banned for, Whilst yes roleplay is part of it, It's not the main aspect. As you've mentioned you've read the rules explain why you have been banned. 

In relation to the discord ban, Can you provide us your full discord name including the # please?

sorry for the late reply, 

i was banned because i was inside of the prison cells with my friends and instead of taking my time and acting appropriately i though it would be funny to exploit through the walls to my friends  and once i realised i was so successful with going through the walls i though i should try and make an escape from custody. This is where my memory fades out as i don't remember if i was caught trying to get out or successfully got out but i do remember getting banned and to this date im very unhappy with myself and as to why i was banned

Thank you for providing the discord information for me. 

So since this is two different bans for two different things it will be broken up in a sense. Your discord ban is for C1.2, Not C2.2 as that is what you are banned in game for. So have a look up on the rules and explain to us why you are banned from discord.

This was because I was discriminative towards members of the community on the discord, I do remember saying hateful comments towards people which I now realise was foolish and childish of me, now I have had time to rejuvenate I understand what I have done and the severity of the situation and if I was granted the opportunity to try again I would take it into my stride and make the most of the server, thanks

You say this is completely out of order and you shouldn't of acted in such a way, yet you did. 

Things like this aren't sudden mentality changes... There's history...

this is not often and I hope you can take my word for this as before i was a troll and enjoyed doing these things and recently it had dawned upon me how much of a nasty fool I was, I don't remember all that much so whether it was because I was banned I though I could act this way or I just did it to make some friends laugh I don't know but these things don't ever happen now and I have gained the ability to control my actions and think before I act, there is not way of proving how mature I am now so I just want to wish upon you to take my word for this; you could put me on a trial or something so you can figure out for yourself. the history behind me acting rude in general was when I was with my old group of friends which where a very negative impact on my life and people close to me recognised this and told me about it. I took one hard look at myself and just though this isn't who I want to be and about march time I disbanded my old friends and now I'm just looking to put things right and hopefully meet some new people and have fun WITHOUT that group of friends and really prove myself to all staff and the community as I do want to be apart of this server and become something big on it to and hopefully build a reputation, as I previously stated I am not here to troll anymore.

So with this you mentioned you was banned on your other discord account. From what you are saying why didn't you appeal the first ban over making a new account, Did you get access back to your old account at any point prior or have you?

It was banned and I couldn’t get access back to it I tried emailing discord and everything and I couldn’t resolve the situation during this I was banned and never did any appeals while the discord was banned and I believe this is my first or second appeal with this discord account and last time got instantly denied and never got to to about the discord sides of things or I skimpily just forgot to mention it, sorry. My discord account is banned and I permanently disabled and deleted in result

 
Going over both bans the one from discord and one in game how can be we sure it won't simply happen again?

In relation to the rules that got you here from both bans can you please quote both of the rules and explain in your own words why you believe we have these types of rules in place?

if I'm being 100% honest you I have no way of guaranteeing this you would just have to take my word for it on this one as there is no way of proving it. The only way i can see you trusting me is if you put me on management terms for like 2 weeks so if I get banned for anything serious or anything intentional you can perm ban me over again and never let me appeal again, I am more than happy with this as I will never ever break rules intentionally ever again

(C2.2) Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future. - i was banned from this because i was phasing through walls using emotes to go to other cells that my friends were in and then phased out of the cell trying to get away, you have this type of rule in place because of how unrealistic it would be if someone was to phase through a wall which could completely or momentarily ruin all of the rp that was happening 

(C1.2) Discrimination - Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination. - Permanent ban. - I was verbally attacking other people as mentioned and got banned for it. you have these types of rules in place to protect the vulnerable from attacks like what happened in my situation. this means that as a result of someone ebing verbally attacked you get permanently banned and your given time to think about your actions
