Reason given for your ban: RDM / Poor Roleplpay

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I've recently been banned for RDM/Poor Roleplay but more leaning on the side of Poor RP, it was incredibly early in the morning where a police officer, pulled over one of my associates and they began to have an altercation about a traffic violation issue. My other associate alt tabbed and pulled out a weapon which instigated a situation between the police officer and the person holding the gun. Due to him alt tabbing and not releasing he had a gun out he was tazed by the police officer and he was very confused on what was going on, right when he shot the tazer he was then proceeded to get punched by multiple people where he backed off press his panic and thats where I tried running him over but missed. I relocated and move back after trying to calm the situation by talking to the police officer saying there was no need to taze people and its alright. I radio'd on my frequency saying if he trys to arrest you again he is going to get a bullet to his head. The police officer decided to approach him and ask him to place his hands up, due to me being far away I thought he was about to be tazed and arrested and since he pressed his panic already I did not want to take the chance of my associate getting in cuffs and not be able to help him. So I shot him in the back of his head between a couple people where my associate shot the other officer in the car. I then put him in the broken car I was in and drove to the ocean where I ask my friend if his police officer was speaking or not, since mine wasnt, I didn't mind this becuase it was I think almost 7 am in the morning and I thought fair enough he wants the situation to be over with so I dumped him and ended the RP as quick as possible so everyone can go to sleep. I then went to the probie police officer and talked to him for a couple minutes.

Why should we unban you ?: I should be unbanned because over the short time I have been banned I have explored other RP servers that are held up to a high expectations when it comes to their RP, during this I've expanded my knowledge of different scenarios and increased my creativity. I genially think the only reason my RP was that poor that time was due to the fact it was incredibly early in the morning and I was incredibly tired. However this is no excuse for providing poor RP. If met with this situation again, I would take another route instead of shooting anyone straight away, after exploring different RP servers what I would've done in that situation that I was banned for, is I would have taken the officer as my hostage and zip-tied him and would've made the RP more fun, for example instead of dumping him straight into the ocean I would interrogate him and see why he thought his actions where right, and when I killed him instead of dumping him I could have cut him into pieces and dumped him in the vat of acid near the downside of the map. Another option would have been making him duel me for his life or make him jump off building for a painful death. Overall, my general RP is not poor as it was that morning and I know I give a enjoyable experience to quite a few people including newcomers. If I do get unbanned, I would focus on proving the point I just made infront of multiple people I RP with in the future and make sure RPUK is seen as a serious RP community when ever I meet new comers that ever need any help.

You're going down a very slippery slope, which is clear to see given your most recent rule breaks. You have been here since 04/05/2021, you should know better..

 
Hey Liam, thanks for taking your time and responding to my appeal.

I'm going to be fully honest, I genially fucked up and I have realised this and there's nothing much more I can do than just apologise for the mistakes I've made during the time I've been on the server. So, I'm sorry. These recent bans that I have received is disappointing for myself to even see, and I do wish I've chosen a different approach to both situations. However I think I should be unbanned and here's a reason why you can attempt to trust me. If the staff team decide to unban me, I assure you I you wont see me on this forum section ever again and this would be the last time you would see me. I have a lot of plans for multiple characters to develop in RP through RPUK and I wish to see the story grow throughout all of them. Furthermore, I can guarantee you would see me on the list of recommended players section on forums sooner than later, and that I would provide incredibly high roleplay experiences to a lot of people in this community.

lets dial it back, if you got to re-do the scenario again, what would you change? how would you approach it?

Hello @L1Lthanks for responding to my appeal. 

I would change multiple thing if I could redo that scenario, for example, my approach to the police officer first and foremost, instead of saying to the officer “woah woah there’s no need for taser” instead I would’ve told the officer in a calm manner saying “Officer if you like being alive, I consider you leave and fuck off, if you try arrest or taze anyone in this vicinity it would not end well for you.” Then the RP would carry on from if the officer leaves then so be it he leaves, however, if he tried to arrest either myself for threatening the police officer or my family member  I would go behind him pull out my weapon and tell him to “put your hands up and don’t do anything stupid.” If he tries to pull out a weapon or point it towards any of us he would be shot and killed. In the meantime I would tell my family member to put the other officer in zip ties as-well a I would with the first officer. Then I would take them both to a remote location with all my family members that were in involved, after that I would give them both an ultimatum, the police officers would have to attack each-other with melee weapons and whoever dies first loses and the person that gets to walk lives and can escape. Then I would hand them knifes, wrenches or anything with a sharp end and make them kill one another. If the one that survives if badly wounded I would provide him medical RP as my character used to be in the police force and was advanced medically trained. I would then confirm if the other officer was dead rip off the body cams off their chest and their radios and phones and let the person that won walk away from the location to wherever he pleases, Then instead of letting the police officer sit their I would have taken him to the south side of the city where the Vat acid is located, I would then RP chopping up his body and then throwing him inside the Vat of acid to disintegrate and die where he is free to respawn or do more police or NHS RP where they find his chopped up bodies and try to retrieve anything left of from him in the acid.

You'll regret them if you end up being banned again. 
But I admire your boldness, let's see if you can back it up! 
If you're banned again next time, you will have to wait 3 months before appealing it, 4 months if you're banned for combat logging, do you agree?

There is a pattern that we've noticed, what will you do to change said pattern? 
Banned for Transferring money, Combat Logging.
Warning for Combat Logging, character separation, character names. 

 
Hello @Mike Wolfieglad to see such a fast reply from you and sorry for my late reply, hope you doing well.

First of all I do agree to that, and I recognise my mistakes I've made.

Like Liam has said in the previous reply, I have recognised the slope I'm going down and I'm going to put a stop to that, before entering any situations I will think about all the possibilities that could happen. This would help me approach the situation correctly and not do any stupid mistakes. This would avoid me being reported and anyone feeling upset with any outcomes that happens.

 
I hope that you stick to it. I've seen your RP before and its usually of good quality, lets not meet back here on the unbans again?
