In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for combat log, i know what i did was wrong and i fully accept the consequence.

Why should we unban you ?: I have been playing other fivem rp servers for a while now and i have matured and grown as a person during this extended time of being banned from the server, i understand the rules inside and out after countless hours of experience and would love a second chance to be able to prove myself. What i did i don't remember clearly, however i must have done something wrong to get permed and now i know i wont ever make the same mistake twice.

The effort in this appeal is very minimal for a player wishing to return here. 

From what I can gather, you have tried other servers out and decided RPUK is the one you'd like to play on which is why you're now wanting to return?
Why has it taken you a year to appeal? 

 
This server was my first server i went on and i wasn't familiar with the rules to rp servers when i began, since then i have played on countless servers and wish i could return back to the place it all began to start over, i would love a chance to prove myself again in the rp community and apologise for my previous actions, i understand that there is not much text within my appeal however that is all i wanted to say to get my appeal across, i feel like i would be waffling if i rambled on and i just wanted to make my true intentions clear.

 
Could you tell me the events which happened leading up to your combat log and what made you log out?

 
in all honesty I don't remember much at all, it happened ages ago and i have forgotten all about it since then.
i probably got short-tempered and upset to which led me to logging but other than that im not sure

 
Had you attempted to break any other rules on this server, after receiving your original ban?

not that i remember, and i would never break any of the rules again since i have read through them thoroughly
