Unban Appeal for desmond hume1

Reason given for your ban: G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for transferring money to my account the amount of 120k from another character and for also assisting my mate with a transfer from his secondary

Why should we unban you ?: This is my first offence took a break from city and recently came back I have been enjoying playing over my holiday period and was starting to get going as we have been struggling
to get information to make good money and we were trying to build some capital to get us going stupidly I didnt know this specific rule and im really annoyed with myself about it, if theres an option to return the money then would happily aid with that if given a second chance, then would make sure wouldnt let you down again please reconsider a permanent ban I promise to make things right by continuing to engage in rp and follow all rules.

Even though you've stated so far that you hadn't read the rule beforehand, was it not apparent that it's not an intended feature of the game for you to begin doing this? 
Surely if it was, everyone would be grabbing some extra money. We're here to roleplay at the end of the day, not attempt to grab an advantage. 

 
Appreciate the speedy response in hindsight its clearly a breach of the rules and I have been naive and got carried away I didnt see it like this as we are both honest guys with not a lot of cash and struggling to get ahead in the city we have tried to raise some cash to try buy some items we needed and give us a bit of income to try hire some new members to  our group, we had some bad days down the casino after a long day in the taxi and we have got cheeky and have made a serious mistake I am on my  knees begging for another chance as having tried a few cities this is clearly one of the best considering its free aswell can only apologise and hope for a chance at redemption sorry to all the staff  and new players who I have tried to get ahead off.

I am always trying to come up with new ideas and enjoy helping new people, First I'm going to upgrade my rented taxi with a turbo tuning kit after that I'm going to offer tours of the city for new people as I struggled myself when I first joined and someone did the same for me which I appreciated, Desmond is a good man but struggles with anxiety and panic attacks at times he is good natured and wants everyone to get along and sometimes a little naive has a bad gambling problem and is scared of scousers.  I have been role-playing since the arma mod days have previously worked as police and medical which I really enjoyed and would one day like to try apply for a specialist role on the server, recently after receiving medication from a doctor my character was disorientated and walking into walls instead of the door and the doctor treating me was finding it hilarious for me that's what I like to do make people laugh.

Bans of this nature also come with the following conditions: You may pick one character to keep whom will receive a full character wipe (Bank Accounts, Inventory, Loadout, Cars, Houses, Licences etc etc). The remaining characters will be permanently deleted.
Do you accept these conditions and if you do, which character would you like to keep?

The above wipe has been completed, I have looked over your current punishment record too and as we currently stand this is the only ban you've had.
