In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i can only assume i was banned due to my five m crashing during a police chase i had been having issues with five me all day ie having a blank map voice not connecting a multiple crashes and during the police chase i was a passenger we went over a jump i fell from vehicle and my five m crashed

Why should we unban you ?: i believe i should be unbanned as im a good roleplayer and i always play within the rules and i feel that a issue with my pc/fivem is not my fault

The version of events as you claim simply aren't true now are they. You're FiveM didn't crash as if it did them simply you wouldn't be banned currently, As per the rule you did break this and in turn was banned for this. It should be known that you we're given time to return before the ban was placed however you failed to come back. Now looking into this ban you we're banned on January 1st 2023, However with combat logging bans they do come with a one month cooldown something you pointed out in your ticket yesterday. This means you will need to wait until February 1st 2023 before you may appeal this ban. 

During this time I'd suggest taking a read over the rules both our GTA and Community ones so you are well aware of them moving forth prior to your next appeal. I'd also put a bit more effort into the next appeal and be honest with us as if you cannot be honest in what you have done, Then how can we trust you moving forth.
