Why do you think you were banned: C2.3 - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting.
Why should we unban you: When this situation occurred I didn’t necessarily interpret it as an active situation, rather more of me just winding up OCG as the ongoing conflict at the time, either way it wasn’t much of a situation to me.

To respond to Slawek’s comment on the original report, I was checking if OCG would follow and pursue something, however after seeing whatever bike was following me went a different route and not seeing any OCG attempt to follow or shout at me I believed they didn’t really react to what I said and continued on with their day, at this point I believed I could log out as nothing stemmed from the situation, clearly I was wrong and I will admit to that, I should have maybe waited around or continue on a journey around the city but I did not.

I never intended to portray ruleplay in this instance nor did I try to avoid roleplay, it was rather just my fault that the roleplay never occurred which I can admit to. But I never intended on negatively impacting OCG’s chance for roleplay but I do wish to apologise for my mistakes here.

I have spent a lot of time within this community with numerous positives situations, I never intended to cause this kind of negative impact and have spent the time having conversations on where I went wrong, I’ve assessed the situation myself a few times after also to see what I could have done otherwise, and can strongly say that this kind of situation wouldn’t occur again if I am allowed to return.

You mentioned that you didn’t see this as an "active situation." Can you clarify what exactly you mean by that? Why didn’t you interpret it as active RP?

What was the specific reason that made you believe it was safe to log out at that moment? Did anything suggest that the RP was over?

I looked back multiple times to check if I was being followed, didn't see anyone chasing me so I assumed they just ignored my comments. If I would of known they was following me then I would of engaged in further RP. In the future to avoid this I will take extra steps to ensure nobody is pursuing me in Roleplay. I will also try my best to leave enough time before logging off and if needed put a message out OOC.

I can't really say what would have happened if I never logged out because as far as I was aware, I was no longer being followed. I've been a part of this community for a long time and had a lot of interactions with certain OCG members in my time here, so I would have been eager to take part in any roleplay they might have provided.

It was never my intention to affect anyones roleplay. As I previously mentioned, I would've been quite happy to roleplay with the OCG members. I know it could have been an exciting interaction for all parties.

As I mentioned in my previous responses, I understand the severity of my actions and the negative impact they had on others. Next time if I'm in a similar situation I will allow more time to elapse before logging out and ensure any roleplay is finished. If I ever need to suddenly log off due to OOC reasons, I'll put out a message in OOC chat to notify the other party so there is no room for confusion.

Can you tell me a little more about the RP that was happening at the time between yourself and OCG?

OCG and my gang cutlass were in a "beef" for a little while before this incident, which involved the usual trash talk and shootouts etc. On this day, I drove past a group of them and shouted ''Suck your mother pussyoles'' and drove off. After I drove around for little while, I parked up and logged out as in my opinion I wasn't in any kind of RP and was unaware I was being followed. As I've said in my previous replies, it was never my intention to negatively affect anyone's roleplay and I can only apologize and be more aware going forward.

I will give you a golden chance today, but should you be banned again within the next 6 months, a 6 month cooldown will follow as well.
