Why do you think you were banned: I have watched the clips of where I can see the report and 1000% that's not right I didn't turn my pc off and I haven't been in city
Why should we unban you: because I didn't turn my pc off and who ever that was in that clip saying I did they are wrong ask the officer that was dealing with me why would I fit there for 45 mins in cells to turn my pc off my internet was lagging and I didn't pay my internet bill as I forgot and it kicked me off everything and has taken me ages to sort it all out I really don't know who that person is and would like to know how he knew my name and everything and am sure if I quit it would show on the logs which it wouldn't of done because I didn't quit please can someone help me thanks

Strange how you failed to pay your internet bills, which conveniently disconnected you at "02:29:14", while arrested and clearly frustrated of this fact, yet on the following day you were online for several hours - According to your claims, without having internet access!

Nevertheless, you made no effort to resolve the situation at the time - despite clearly having internet access.
The ban will stand, and your poor attempt at a lie will result in this appeal be denied immediately without being entertained any further.
