In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: because a guy asked where i was from in irl and told him and he told me and we had a small conversation

Why should we unban you ?: because i don't have a bad record and feel as if i didn't get a warning just a permeant ban

After having a look into this there is more than the little you are willing to provide us. Reason for the permanent ban is the two rules in place, One of them being a PEGI Rule. This is in place to protect not only underage players but the community as a whole due to what can happen, More so that GTA is an 18+ game. The information surrounding the PEGI rule can be found in the community rules page. 

Since this is one of the reasons you have been banned you will need to wait until you are 18 before you can appeal this ban. I would suggest after you turn 18 that you put more effort into any future appeals as if you don't put the effort in then why would we. Take this time to look up the rules before you appeal, However at this time the appeal will be denied.
