Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for Meta Gaming, Fail Driving And Common Sense I am unsure exactly what i did as it was quite a while ago. I fully take responsibility for my actions.
Why should we unban you: Hello to whoever reads this and hope your day is going well.

I would like to start this by saying that I am here to apologise for my actions of ruining the rp for others involved through my actions and I know it’s not acceptable.

I am unsure about all of these bans as they where so long ago i hold my hands up and admit to what i have done wrong.
I understand that metagaming can be the most unfair way to gain an advantage in rp at the time I was not aware that talking within discord could alter the course of the roleplay scenario in my favour. I have a good understanding now and can promise that this will never happen again. I would be more than happy to answer.

I have been in other servers recently to gain better knowledge on roleplaying space turtles is my main to server but i wish to try and come back to roleplay.co.uk because this was one of my first and best server i played and have also sent other people to try out this community so i am known to them and would like to carry on with the great roleplay experience you give to us.

How can you take responsibility, if you don't know what you did?

Whilst I understand some time has passed since your ban, try and jog your memory a little for us.

Can you tell me what the rules you broke, C1.7, G3.1 and G1.8 are in your own words, and why we have them in place?

Im not to bad how about yourself?.

The rules i have broken is.
1/ G3.1 Meta gaming using out of city methods to gain an advantage to either save items or other things. The reason this rule is in place is because it makes the server more fair for all players and if somebody meta games it is unfair for other players involed.

2/ G1.8 Fail Driving is where you drive unrealistic like crashing at high speed and carrying on like nothing has happened. Reason this rule is in place is because this is a roleplay server if i was to crash my car at high speed irl i would be injured.

3/ C1.7 Common Sense as a Roleplay game not all rules can be detailed. This rule is in place because this is an adult community and most things come down to common sense.

How would you say this could affect a RP Story?

And to further that, what plan do you have for your character? What story are they going to follow, or get into?

I take resposibility because i have clearly broke the rules, to what i can remember is being in a discord call with one of my freinds flying an areoplane and got froze and teleported and the staff could hear that i was on a discord call.

And G3.1 MetaGaming would ruin a story being if i was being robbed by someone and i spoke to someone on discord to come kill these induiduals or picking me up whilst dead in a random location.

For further plans to my character i am unsure at this moment in time because i belive alot of stuff has changed, but if its still the same i would continue with the drugs make some money buy a house criminal life. Was thinking of creating a second charater in the Law firm or the NHS as i belive i could bring strong RP to those.

I am glad you now display an understanding of the rules you broke, and the effects it can have on the course of RP.
However, how can we be so sure you won't be tempted to break these rules again?

Have you read the rest of our rules, both GTA RP and Community?

I wont break these rules again because i know now that it ruins the server for other people online and the affect it has on situations.

I have read all the rules over again after reading your reply, so if i do get aloud back into the server i will read again so i know i dont mess up.

Tell me where you would apply common sense? Give me a few examples in the game scenario.

A few scenarios of common sense would be.

1/ If i was a serious criminal got a warrent out for my arrest i wouldnt go into a police station with a gun shooting everyone insite.

2/ Flying an areoplane over army bases and prisons because they are restricted airspaces

The plans for my character is to be grinding out the merchanics work to get his money together to buy a house and get comftable. and to learn everything whats new in the city as i have been told they is quite a lot of new things to do.
I have been looking up about becoming a solicitor if i was to become unbanned feel like i could meet some people on there and have some good rp storys though that route.

Whilst you've answered my questions adequately enough, and I am still needing to be convinced you are wishing to return for the right reasons.
So please, spare no detail, and convince us why we should let you return. What can you bring to this community?

I know that my record is not the greatest I got banned for combat logging a while ago and I got unbanned cant rember how long for until I received this ban.

What I can say is back then i didn't really know what roleplaying was about i was really just there to mess about now, now that I've had some time away for one of the best servers on fivem I've had time to gain the experience so that I can come back to roleplay.co.uk a much better role player and not just that guy what comes to mess around and brake rules. I know that the rules are in place to keep the server fair and equal for all players and I was stupid back then and I can assure you that I wont break any rules in place.

Alright, last questions,

How come you are wanting to return now? Why not sooner?

When you were pulled up for a chat with one of our staff, explain your behavior.
You stated 'Do whatever you want' and proceeded to disconnect whilst the staff were trying to talk to you?

Reason why i want to return now is being that i have spent a lot of time in other servers gaining better RP knowledge, and no other server i have been in is like Roleplay.co.uk.
And reason being why i didnt make a Appeal before now is that i thought a bit of time away from Roleplay.co.uk to gain better knowledge so i didnt just come straight back and make a mistake.

My exuse to me saying to the staff what pulled me "do whatever you want" i was tired and wanted to get my head down i belive it was my mate what disconnected then i got banned im not 100% was just stupid off me and i do apologise for what i have done.

I'm going to offer you a chance here, do not make me regret this decision.

As you have broken multiple rules leading to this ban and prior, any ban going forward will result in being placed back onto a Permanent.

Please ensure you read over the rules again before rejoining. Both GTA RP and Community Rules.
If you are unsure of anything, always feel free to open a ticket on Discord and ask staff.
