In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I received money from a friend, and they deleted that character and made a new one and then gave back that money

Why should we unban you ?: i was completely new to everything to do with rp, so i thought it was fine to just take the money and then send it over to her one she made the new character, and now in doing so has resulted in me getting banned. i wasnt thinking at the time and didnt really understand the concept of anything or the rules. looking back at it now that i have played for a while a re read the rules it was a stupid thing to do as it was such little money.

i want to apologise for breaking the rules and wont be doing anything like that again-

For the sake of £30k you got yourself banned, now if you had read the rules prior to playing you should have known this is a massive NO NO and is not something that is accepted on allowed in this community.

Why should I even give you a chance when you have tried to cheat the system, as to me it does not seem like you are here to RP at all but get money as quick as you can?

Since you have now read the rules you tell me the rules that you have broken and in your own words explain what they are and why they are important to the server. (please explain and put effort into these)

Any lack of effort and I will not waste my time in denying this appeal!

 
C2.2- exploits/using or attempting to use any exploits. Transferring money from one character that has now been deleted to transfer it to another character that I never met before and was from the same person. This rule is important as it stops people from getting an advantage in the money system and where its an exploit people could make millions within hours by doing so. So with this rule being in place it will stop people like me cheating the system. G2.9- transferring money from one character to another. Transferring money from one account to another is a set rule because it is impossible to receive money from one person that no longer exists and give it to someone else. Which why there is a character selection screen as 2 different character will have 2 different stories and name etc so in sending money from 1 to another wouldn't be allowed because its 2 complete different people. After the incident of transferring the money I met people in the city that helped me out alot in ways to earn money such as I have joined the rangers and i enjoy roleplaying with them and met a ton of new people with I can call friends, and most of them told me the underground side of the city which earns alot of money. Also taxiing was a good way of income as in little of an hour I could make 100k. I've been playing this server for nearly a month and I love everything about it, the roleplay aspects the ways to make money all the secrets around the map that are hidden, and the people in general it's been a real fun experience that i really don't want to miss on. I was wrong to not completely check over the rules and for thus I involved myself in money laundering as this money should never have existed and i am sorry for what we have done and really hoping to have another chance becuase i enjoy this community plus i want to note that i understand my mistake and it will never happen again. in the end i really wish to be unbanned me and my friend hayley and we promise we will never do anything that agents the rules.

 
so, if you were to be unbanned Damien, what would you want to do within the city? like what is your goal for your character?

 
I'd love to carry on my role as a ranger as its all about helping out the community and I'm quite enjoying that at the moment. Just the aspect of speaking to people and have a conversation and assessing the conditions depending on the disbatch they put in it's intrigueing. I also found mining quite interesting as its not so easy you have to grind to get the better ores and the equitment from them. All in all its a very good/fun community and I'd love to call it home

 
in the future, if a friend was to ask you to do something like this again, what would you do?

 
no i definitely would not do anything like this again as i know the consequences will be much worse, as for what id do is id tell them within roleplay that its illegal to do so and can have there visa terminated

right, we're gonna give you a golden chance here, normally transfers between characters comes with a character wipe and deletion of any other characters (given you have no others), but due to staff discretion we wont be wiping your character.

remember to re read the rules now and again, and i wish you the best of luck for any future RP endeavours 😉
