Reason given for your ban: c.2.3 g3.5 g3.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: so i will go through it step by step from what i remember as this is actually one of the better servers on fivem.
so it started all from another player chasing us getting us killing us and putting us in a pool. i then came back as a new player as that one was gone. at the time i didnt know that you couldnt go back to the same place etc but yes i took that player to where he wanted to go and he done what he done and i tried picking him up and was shot. i was confused as i actually hadnt committed any of the actions that occurred.

Why should we unban you ?: i have had time to reflect on my actions and have thought about what i have said and i have certainly had the time to put my hands up to k now things were done and said in the situation that shouldnt have gone the way it did. i have had time to read the rules properly i have close friends on this server, IF i got unbanned id like to have the admins pull me so i can personally apologies to them so i can continue playing this server.

also wanted to add sorry c.2.3 is because my pc crashed i tried to explain this to admins as its not the first time it happened. 

the g 3.5 i now know clearly that that is not on as prior to reading the rules again twice over.

g 3.2 i can only apologise for this as i am new i didnt know this wasnt allowed 

i can only apologise for my actions and take full responsibility as not very well rp at all. 

if given another chance i would like to do better and prove i also can.

We have edit functions on threads for a reason, if you can't follow simple unban guidelines. How can we trust that you will ever be able to follow our server rules...

Your PC did not crash. We have very detailed logs, we can tell what happened and what didn't happen. I wouldn't try to lie straight off the bat. Honestly goes a far way in this community, and you're off to a terrible start.

well im telling you i blue screened. youll have to take my word for it. 

if im in the wrong i would sit there and deal with the consequences, it wouldnt make much sense for me to log out and then come back on straight away. 

im telling the truth on what happened and if you dont believe it then thats up to you. ive tried and tried to convince you and your team and told you to the best of my memory what happened. 

 if you dont want to listen and accept my apology then im not going to bother.

at the end of the day ive actually tried to get unbanned in rp which ive never done as i liked this rp but do what you got to do im tired of hanging on the fence if i can play again or not. 

also isnt knowing my logs GDPR ? thats against privacy is it not ? you cant access my crash  logs

Well, I won’t be taking your word for it. I’ll take the word of the logs that we have.

Why would it be GDPR for us to hold logs on players in our server.

If you’re not going to tell the truth, I won’t bother entertaining it.
