Ban Reason: C2.3-combat logging along with G2.3 breaking charector
Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for breaking the rule C2.3 ( combat logging ) I was apart of a scene where I was chilling at the pillbox hospital when another guy who I have beef with and his buddy randomly started ramming me in there bin truck which led too my car catching fire so I did the normal thing and ran off they then proceeded too chase me down and beat me unconscious but due to be being heavily intoxicated and under the influence of drugs (weed) I was angry and confused so I decided too log off and claim my internet was down..... reason I was angry was me and the other person had beef from another gaming community which unfortunately came over to the city where arguing back and forth on discord this which led me too commit the rule of combat logging I then tried too cover my ass in some pathetic attempt to make me look real and that it had genuinely happened all the while I knew my internet hadn't cut out.......
at the time i thought it wasn't a big issue but upon further reflection i can see why it was a huge deal.... the reason it was a huge deal was it takes away the fun interaction of a RP scene it takes fun away from the experience and for all i knew the person involved could have been streaming to an audience and it would have made the person look bad and put a dampener on the server i cant stress how sorry i am my actions brought me here no one else I have worked on myself during my ban i feel like a better person i no longer drink alcohol ( personal reasons ) and i don't take drugs either
then after a while i eventually logged back on to complete the scene and this is where G2.3 (breaking character) came into play
so me and this person involved had been going back and forth about this interaction on discord arguing about me combat logging and me trying my best too cover my ass i eventually came back into finish there scene and straight away the person who was being aggressive at the start was being very friendly and nice which triggered me because not 10 mins before i flew into the city we where having an heated exchange so i found it strange so i broke character and told him just to dump my ass in the river and hurry up so i can get off this server i cant exactly remember the rest of this exchange but alot more was said which i take full responsibility for and after this i was then handed my ban which was met with acceptance
there's no excuses for my actions and the way i did things i cant apologise enough bt as I've stated I've took time too better myself and correct my wrongs im feeling better in myself mentally and physically im so sorry for the constant lying i did i know i broke trust but i want to earn this back i know people are concerned ill end up back here but i wont im done being stupid i just want to make myself better so please allow me this and let me come back to the community i began to love and be with the friends i made
Why should we unban you: I think you should unban me because yes I made the fatal actions that brought myself here and yes I lied multiple times but like I said I was in a dark place where I was drinking loads and smoking weed and that's just not me anymore I've worked on that during my time away I've also began working with video recording devices such as medal and OBS so every exchange I will have in the future will be recorded and anything out of place will be clipped for tickets and I will be more open and honest going forward
please believe me I'm trying too change I'm not perfect but I'm trying
