In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Got banned after an argument arose in groups discord around gender and religion, honestly dont know how it started however once my religion was insulted I returned similar level digs at indivuduals.
Why should we unban you ?: From my last appeal Aiden had put forward what i had said which was "I hope you never being able to produce the other genders hormones gives you a purpose in life, this goes both ways" I said this as a direct response to her saying "hope your fairy-tale books gives you a purpose in life" insulting my and many others religious beliefs to the max.
What alice said was nothing but deeply insulative, saying religions which are followed by billions of people to be fairy tales, I understand that my response was tonge in cheek hence it ending with "this goes both ways" as i thought it would be okey to return to her comments in the exact same way, Evidently not.
However the difference here being that what alice said was nothing but an insult to religions which have been around for thousands of years, whereas what i said was fact.
I understand that this might of hurt her, which i apologise for however if she had not insulted religions than this would not of been said, if you can not handle receiving insults why dish them out, dont throw stones in a glass house eh.
What i stated was in no way homophobic, transphobic or anything along these lines, it simply wasn't and it being spun around to look like that is simply disgusting.
"You will never be able to produce the opposite genders hormone" - how is this in anyway transphobic, I personally do not care how people identify themselves what sexual identity they have, what orientation they are, or anything along those lines, i simply do not care for it and will not go out of my way to make them feel uncomfortable, however if me stating a fact is insulative, that is not my fault but rather shows that the ideology you support is evidently flawed.
It is an undisputable, biologically proven, scientifically researched, cold hard, undeniable fact that a person can not naturally produce the opposite genders hormones. This is simply fact and no one can be insulted by it, it is not an opinion that people can argue about, it is not a debate people can have. It is scientific fact, and if she was insulted by me stating a fact, I'm sorry however that will not change said fact and nothing will. Was is wise to state such fact no, however saying that religion is a fairy tale is not a fact, that is an opinion which is insulative to billions of people. Putting such thoughts forward were not necessary, if you wish to bring up "oh what i said was also scientific about religion" that is simply not the case, as most pioneers within science were religious people "The more I study science the more I believe in God" - Albert Einstein one of the worlds most important physicist.

This here gender dysphoria a condition that the main reason for is drug taking of the mother while pregnant, an unnatural influence on the womb. ~
I am simply shocked at the extends that this ban was placed, on the first appeal i was not given time to explain my side, and this is it, she threw a tantrum because people did not agree with her ideology, threw baseless claims and insults and when returned with a single scientific statement could not handle it.
Within my last appeal Stuart had said - "rules get bent around to save people" (my quote)
"This shouldn't be the case as that's how people end up here. No one likes to be in this section of the forums. " Stuart
However the way this situation was taken care of proves that this is still an issue, one i would like to bring attention to as it is needed for the health of the community.
Alice opened a ticket and a multitude of people received bans, why was she not banned at the same time as the rest of us? why did omizz have to put up a public report for it to be dealt with whereas ours got done behind close door, interesting the donation right after our bans but i will not even open up that can of worms.
Me being 1.6d when i simply stated facts, hurtful maybe but truth is truth regardless of hurt involved.
I understand most involved were given discrimination bans which is understandable as that is consistency however i do not believe i should be community banned over something like this. A simple scientific fact.
