In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to multiple staff having the belief that I was metagaming to save Tyson after he had been dumped by Hustlers. As drex told me and as I said to him I respect staffs decision and appreciate why with what evidence staff have think I may have metagamed.
Why should we unban you ?: Moving on from my last appeal that was denied by Liam saying if I wished to be unbanned i Had to be honest, my first appeal was the honest truth however I at that time did not have sufficient evidence to try and prove my innocence which I will try my up most hardest to prove to the staff team.
I do not know what evidence staff have however was told that due to my driving not being random enough was one of the reasons as to why staff thought I was metagaming. I have attached the POV of 3 other ballas from the same situation to this appeal as a way to try and show staff that me finding tyson was nothing but sheer luck and a bit of clever thinking.

At the beginning of this clip you can see that after we had dealt with the hustlers we had taken to dodgy the plan shifted to finding Tysons body. As a group we were thinking of where he may be with both me and John (John bringing it up first) to check the damn as that was a very and still is a very very popular dumping spot for all groups and factions. It was also simply along the way into the city and ballas turf making it another wise choice to clear to make sure we dont have to back track. There is a slight discussion with Gigi about how they may take tyson to dodgy but that is shutdown due to the fact that they had been defeated a few times that night and thought we had Helmet armour on for this reason we came to the conclusion that they would not have tried that on top of the fact that from what we knew and what grove knew there was only 1 dodgy that was about for that night and they would of known we would have dodgied any hustlers we fought and downed at legion.
Gigi then further mentions that they may have taken Tyson to hustler turf, however there was 2 reasons as to why that was also shut down. Firstly due to Kay's tweedle and attitude telling us to find tyson and to check up on him, if they had him at turf they would of most likley done what we had done earlier in the day holding them at turf and making them come to grab em back for a fight scenario. And the second reason as to why we firmly thought that they would not be at their turf was at the time of this situation hustlers had said multiple times that they hated holding their own turf and would not do it and for the majority of the war before my ban that was the case with most fights either happening in cars or at ballas turf.
This is the full context behind the situation and why we decided to check for tysons body as were were convinced he would of been dumped somewhere.
Moving on from what you last said liam "You tried to mask your metagaming by saying 'Oh there is a car at the bunker' (One that is a spawn point)" this is simply incorrect Liam and one of the main reasons as to why I am trying very adamantly to prove my innocence, It was not just something with a spawn point it was a player, A park ranger to be specific this on top of another reason which i will get into later gave us hope that there was something going on around this area as there was player activity, which further pushed us to thoroughly check the area and be able to cross it off the list of any place he may have been dumped. The other reason why we had the suspicion that there might of been something going on is looking at Tee's clip (i would of also had this however drex only asked for 30 odd seconds of my pov meaning i lost the rest of the clip) you can see as we are driving up the dirt path there is local cars driving down the same path,(this can be seen from 2:37 onwards in Tee's clip) It is common known knowledge that npcs will not spawn in if there is no player within render distance to save server resources. This proved to me and fellow ballas that there was some sort of player activity within the area. Moving on to why I decided to go the route I did, The call of a car being made at the bunker which is on the far side of the route we took up gave me a suspicion that the park ranger was not within render distance to cause those cars to spawn in meaning there was a player up on that side of the mountain and why i chose to take that route.

doing give or take the same thing I was doing driving around through random bushes looking for tyson a bit further down the range from me, within this clip you can also see multiple other ballas as well, as drex told me when i was pulled in game he said that one other reason staff thought i metagamed was because i did drive through every bush i saw, I tried to explain to him there but due to my lack of evidence was not able to get my point across, as seen in this clip the other ballas are also not each driving through every bush seen and that's for a simple reason, we had such numbers there that we did not each have to search every bush intensely as due to our sheer volume the chance of a bush or crack getting missed was very low.
These ballas didn't drive through each bush and i didnt, that does not mean i metagamed it was simply pure luck that I stumbled across tyson.

Moving onto another point I will like to try and refute is what Sammy and Drex said during me being pulled, that i did not sound enthusiastic about finding him.... I was simply tired and the adrenaline that the multiple fights that day caused and simply worn off, on top of the time it was alongside the fact I had a uni lecture in the morning (if staff would like proof of this let me know as i do not wish to share uni information on a public forum) all these points combined was the reason staff didn't hear my enthusiasm was simply due to the fact i was tired and it was getting late.
These are the points made aware to me when I was pulled by staff about why staff had suspicion I had metagamed and I have spent this appeal to refute all aspects made public to me.
there may very well be more evidence on staffs side but I simply wont be able to give my side to that evidence without knowing.
I am truly trying my very best to prove me innocence to the staff team, as I said to drex i hold the staff teams decision to the upmost respect and for that reason Im sure drex can comment as well I was very much actively listening and being respectful when pulled by staff top hear their evidence and side of the story.
