Unban Appeal for Custard Cream

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: So overall id like to clarify and split this appeal into a few parts as I generally think a permanent ban for a small offence such as C1.7 after a spotless record in a year other than last week when I again, reported someone and I was banned for G1.2. All fair play I agree with both bans in their infancy however onto the bigger picture as a ban itself. Which I will explain below in the next section. I dont believe a ban of this nature was warranted or justifed. I understand and accept maybe saying to the police officer the following "No one likes being robbed or vending machined" could fall under the C1.7 rule. However this was nothing more than a simple slip of the tongue that behind the robbery had a much deeper and better backstory. and a permanent ban with a referral to me "Recently coming of a perm ban" is a huge over reacting in my opinion since my perm ban wasn't since jan-feb in 2021. And the last one actually only being a 1 day. And via the fair ban system for something as little and a slipup as a C1.7 a permanent ban seems ludicrous at most for the roleplay i usually provide when a few days or a warning would of been more than fair enough.
Why should we unban you ?: I should be unbanned because other than this simple little slipup I have spent the past year on the server doing my best to provide high quality and fun roleplay. Ive never been interested really in gear and didn't really care if I lost situations. This has became ever so slightly less of a thing the past few weeks. Now RP throughout the server hasnt been the best recently anyone can agree on this and with me mostly serving has a police officer on the server rarely playing civilian me and a friend of mine someone who I play rpuk with alot @MR MOO decided we would set up a rival security business to GRUPPE 6. "Black Eagle Security" The point of this RP business was to provide some friendly competition to gruppe6 by expanding on markets within the city, on both the Legal and illegal side of the spectrum.
During the start up of this business we have met with many people within RP and clients and provided them good quality RP with our security company and gathered quite a few members. We created a document and were working on a proposal for our company to get access to a facility we use within roleplay. Myself also spent some time writing up a "Database" as you will as I was dedicated to make this business work within RP. Now like a lotQ of people within the city we needed to protect ourselves and our clients so we needed to build an arsenal of weapons. My character isn't on the best stance with most of the big gangs in the city so coming to some agreement and working out a steady supply via them in RP was out of the question so myself and @mr moo came to the conclusion we are going to have to rob ourselves a stockpile of weapons. We did this for abit and amassed a very small armoury and hired a few more people. We spent a good time on the business both with purchases on vehicles and stuff ingame and taking a few orders. Now with this business we also had a side hustle, like any semi-legal company in the city were we had an order based system were ourselves as the company would acquire guns for people at a relatively cheaper price to most people as outlined in the database I created here - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Mn1CmGzKXVKaCqhDZ2rHDUv9RD7ItFu0crESY8sQWF4/edit?usp=sharing
And as the CEO's myself and @mr moo agreed with how many robberies we will have to commit we will need to make sure everyone comes out of it having a laugh and experiencing a high quality bit of RP. So onto the situation at hand via the report https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/136408-report-a-player-22-ryan-andersen-gta-rp/ at Timestamp 0.54 i say the following "I understand getting robbed isn't fun no one likes being a vending machine," This is what got me banned as the staff dealing with the report said it was in breach of C1.7 and perm banned me. As i said above i feel like this is completely unfair of a ban length. Im not debating rather if what i did was wrong as it was. But the length of such a ban for what I actually did seems ludicrous. My only bans ive recieved since I came back to this community over a year ago has been 2.
1. Transferring stuff between characters. Which I owned up for and accepted
2. Power gaming | asked someone to give me money from their bank. (This ban was eventually removed from my record as it was an unjustified ban)
3. G1.2 | I attempted to taser someone who was called to their friends aid as a result of powergaming and exploiting.
Now im not protesting my innocence on those bans or this one. I messed up and Im not fighting that. But i have not been in receipt of a perm ban in sometime now and what I did was nothing other than a slip of the tongue and the resulting ban I believe as a perm is unjustified. I should be unbanned as I do my best to provide high quality roleplay to the server and wish no ill fate on anyone. Even the PC i reported i stressed hard in the report I didn't want him to receive a ban of any sort just a warning as a whole. In conclusion to this appeal. I apologise for what I did, it was a slip of the tongue and nothing more, I really dont think a permeaneant ban was warranted in this situationa nd this appeal is to remedy the length of the ban and not an appeal as a whole.
