Why should we unban you ?: Hello,

Firstly, I would like to apologise for my actions. Now that it has been a month since I was banned, it has given me more perspective on what I love about this server. The community and dedication people put towards their goals. I understand actions like mine cheapen those who work hard.

I've been watching the community dedicate themselves to honest work, planning amazing events and bringing the community together. Something I would strive towards on my return to the city.

Secondly, I would like to apologise to the staff for having to spend time on my appeal for someone who really should know and do better.

I hope I have proved my genuineness in my words and actions. I have done everything I said I would do in my last appeals by not trying to join the server to see if I'm still banned.

If allowed to return, I would return as Sam Stone alone. I am happy for my other characters to be wiped. I have lost much in the time away from the city for Sam alone might not have a job to return to, all the events and interactions I have missed with people I know.

I know I am in no position to ask for things. I hope that I showed before my ban I was a model member of the community trying to do something different. I still promise to commit to never knowingly bend or break the rules.

I have many storylines that I like to continue with many different groups, which I know will bring good RP to them and myself.

I appreciate the time the staff has spent on my appeals.

I am happy for my other characters to be wiped.

If you return, Sam Stone will be wiped entirely, but you will retain the character, minus all assets, including houses, cars, containers, money so on and so fourth.

You need to be aware that this will be the case.

Thank you for your quick reply.

It is difficult to put into words but I feel that wiping both Sam Stone and Daniel Hamilton is harsh. Even Daniel's assets outweigh the monetary value gained and I do not feel this punishment factors in the time I have spent away. The money lost alone during that period would be substantial.

I am unsure what happens to my PC progress as I am willing to sacrifice that completely. Even though there are many storylines I would have liked to continue on that character. 

I know it is a serious rule that I broke, but I have been honest and forthright about my actions and would happily be limited to one character to prevent and prove this would never happen again. I hope I have also shown that I have made myself available for other punishments to be handed out. 

I hope I get some leniency, being this is my first ban in the community. This has also been very difficult for me personally as I have not been able to spend time with some of my close friends in the city.

I would be more than willing to talk with someone about a resolution.

This is non-negotiable. You showed complete disregard for server rules and took this action despite knowing you shouldn't have done it. You got caught, unfortunately for you.

Hello,

I know it's been a little bit. I thought I would write something hopefully to allow me back with Sam as he is.

Firstly, I feel like pretty much everyone has had a good experience with me in terms of my RP. I do not go out of my way to win in all situations except maybe armour-related. I haven't got to a position to do that anyway. I know I'm not everyone's cup of tea but there is no one I would not want to roleplay with again.

The only thing that gets me in trouble is I usually say too much and get in trouble. I still enjoyed my time in those groups nonetheless and brought interesting dynamics to those groups.

Secondly, I do feel like wiping all my characters (the value of all vastly exceeds the amount I got banned which is still around to be deleted), including the time spent away from the server is harsh. Yes, I know I broke a serious rule and should be punished for that which I feel I have served in the time I have spent away from the server. However, I feel like I bring a lot to the server on all my characters and have never broken any rules until now.

Lastly, measures can be in place on my account that limit myself to Sam Stone, so this can not happen again. This allows staff to see that I will not stray from the path again and hopefully regain your trust in me.

I appreciate your time and will endeavour to make my way back onto the server.

As stated above, these terms are non negotiable. You are the reason that we're here, not us. 
Since you willingly disregarded server rules for your own advantage you've ended up in this situation, everyone on the end of this rule break gets treated exactly the same way for fairness.

So given the above, I will request a full wipe on Sam Stone as that's the character you've picked and the rest of your characters will be deleted as per the conditions presented to you due to the nature of the rules you decided to break.

Why did you break the rules to begin with? Was it to gain an advantage over other players? To gain items/weapons/cars faster? 
What is the motive behind it, as I don't understand why you would even consider transferring items between characters.

Honestly, I just wasn't really thinking. It doesn't greatly change my wealth at all. I was just trying to stay liquid and wanted people to be paid on time.
As you will know by my assets none of 

items/weapons/cars faster

are even a concern for me.

Apologies again for wasting your time and breaking the staff's trust.

So if I were to consider giving you another chance on the server, will I find that you frequently end up on the appeals section because you "wasn't really thinking"?
I wouldn't say it's the best of excuses for this rule, you would have known full well what you were doing so I don't believe it's because of the reason you've stated.

You've been in this community for a large amount of time now and this is your first ban, I would be hoping for much better from you though considering the playtime here.
I do hope you've managed to learn your lesson from this ban and will sharpen up on the rules before returning to the server as we do not want to see you in this section of the appeals again.

As per the unban conditions, Sam Stone has had a full wipe and the other characters permanently deleted.
Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be a permanent ban leading you straight back here with a minimal chance of us even wanting to entertain an appeal from you again.
Please, do not waste this chance.
