In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I am fully aware of the reason for my ban which was the transfer of a large sum of money between two characters who are not supposed to know each other in any shape or form. It was a stupid decision of mine and one that doesn't reflect well upon myself. I was annoyed after getting fired from the PD however that did not give me an excuse to blatantly disregard rules that keep RPUK roleplay to such a high standard. I was banned due to the fact that it ruins the standard that this server has that others lack. These two characters although brothers shouldn't be dropping money between themselves as it isn't fair on other people who work to own the things that they do today. I had a warning only 4 days before about making many accounts. However I did have a reason for that which was I would always go down to the casino when I was bored. I never had used this money though I had always just kept betting as shown in logs I never transferred that money in any shape or form. Never before had I broken any rules as such and it was the first time that I had been warned. I wasn't aware that a new rule had been set in place in which characters had to have a certain level of development which I was informed by an admin and since then I hadnt made a new character which just runs to the casino after visiting the city for the first time. I am know what I did was outright wrong and shouldn't be exploited in the way that I did. The £160,000 that I had dropped is a large sum of money that shouldn't be flung around just because one of my other characters didn't have enough money. I knew enough people who could have lent me the money however I still broke the rules which isn't excusable and led to my ban.

Why should we unban you ?: To be blatantly honest I'm not sure if I deserve this unban myself however given the chance to renew my passport would honestly be great. I had just finished my A-Level exams and was shattered and not thinking properly at the early time of the morning. After finishing my exams I now have a large amount of time on my hands to further develop my roleplay. Well not long after finishing my exams I made a silly decision to transfer the money between characters and now I have a long summer ahead which is going to be extremely boring now that I am banned. I am fully aware it has only been a week since my ban however it has genuinely felt like so much longer. The roleplay other servers offer just isn't the same that RPUK holds and that is why is it so popular. Although it is a lot more expensive to buy these weapons it stops it from being a fragging server. So many other servers allow you to buy a gun after 5 minutes of entering the city and it ruins the roleplay for everyone in which shots are being fired continuously throughout the city. I have been playing on RPUK for around 7 months and have grown friendships and rivalries of course. However on externals people have always said how much fun it is to deal with Ollie BUX as although he makes officers lives a living hell they still enjoy it. Ollie will continuously find something to do whether it be taking officers hostage to getting ready for bank jobs. Despite this the officers have told me how much fun it was after hearing about the ban. As many officers have said it is banter with Ollie as they always find a way to annoy him which leads to him wanting revenge. In addition to this Ollie has met many people over the 7 months and would most definitely want to reunite given the chance he could do that. So I believe that unbanning me would not only make my long break after years of studying a lot better but would make it more fun for other people who also love the server as much as I do. However I am fully aware what I did doesn't give me the right to be unbanned as I broke the rules which is there in order to keep the standard of roleplay to a high level. I would never break the rules again as I am now aware of the severity of the punishment and how boring it is not playing most days. As shown in logs I play alot of the time and hadn't broken any rules for that entire time and it was a stupid decision that I had made out of anger which doesn't give me a correct reason to do so. I have only been on one other server since my ban which was a server I played before transitioning to RPUK however it doesn't ever give the same feeling that you get in which you log on to RPUK and are genuinely happy to play compared to be held at gunpoint once every 30 minutes and being shot at around 4 times a day. Given I was ever lucky enough to be unbanned I would not take it for granted and I would always look to better myself, re read the rules and become better at roleplaying. The only thing I can do is stress how much I regret making that decision and would be hopeful that you would see that before this I was honestly following the rules day in and day out. In addition to this it would also be good for officers to have to put Ollie in prison again for his stupid antics which he carries out more than he probably should. As I have said I am extremely sorry and would understand if I wasn't unbanned however I would keep trying in hope that one day I can fly back in. I do not believe that the decision I made however reflects upon me as a person. In addition to this I would love to rejoin and become a police man this time after a stupid occurrence happened in which Craig Bux was arrested as in his eyes he didn't hit a police vehicle which then led to FTS and DD. I genuinely wanted to be a police officer after many months of committing crime and I had finished my ODP for a few days and was waiting for a AP

Being removed from the police shouldn't be a reason to break server rules. Within roleplay neither character knows each other in that sense since they will never meet within roleplay and form that connection, Since you are overall both characters. 

You mention " I wasn't aware that a new rule had been set in place in which characters had to have a certain level of development" This rule has been there for a while now, Well over a few years, So it's not knew, If you've read the rules then you would of seen such rule. 

So you had a warning for doing this exact thing and was informed if you carried on then you will be banned. You also claim "I hadnt made a new character which just runs to the casino after visiting the city for the first time"? However that's what the warning for this was for, So you did indeed do this before. 

I'll be upfront with you, Honesty is key! 

Overall you joined in February 2022, Since that time you've had 5 warnings and 1 permanent ban, So lets dive into this. 

On 15th April 2022 you was warned for Loitering around MRPS, April 16th you was warned for exploiting. Moving onto June you was warned on the 16th for this exact thing you have been banned for, June 20th for Character Separation then June 22nd for Baiting police. 

So given your history it seems to be a pattern that following simple rules isn't easy, Why is this the case? How many more chances are we to give you before you understand what you are doing is wrong?

Honestly speaking I wasn't aware that loitering was one of the warnings that I had been given I was aware that I was kicked for it however not aware that it was a rule broken. 

In relation to June 16 I have no clue what I was warned upon as I genuinely have no recollection of exploiting in any shape or form and have definitely not been spoken to by an admin regarding the exploiting.

In regards to the casino I sated that since the warning from the admin I hadn't done so. I was genuinely not aware of that rule and I am sure the admin that I dealt with will back that up. The only question is that when spoken to by an admin he told me that it was a new rule that had been implemented as I was finishing sending someone to prison he flew me away and spoke to me about it.   

The baiting accusation I don't believe was fair as I was at MRPD the first place so it wasn't a case that I set out to cause trouble. I had my license taken away from me a long time ago and the police are fully aware of this as my arrests contain a large number of banned driving charges. I was at MRPD talking to two officers and as I left they followed me as there was a bike parked outside the entrance and I was the only one around due to it being early in the morning. They then tried to taze me off the bike but I drove away they called for back up and a police chase occurred. There was no one else around so I shouldn't have done it but I wanted to make it more fun for everyone as they were getting very little call outs. I was chased for about 10 minutes and I was warned for driving back to the PD and honking my horn. However although I did go back when I should have focused on getting away I still had police right on my tail. For that reason I don't believe it is fully baiting as not once did I bait the cops into the scenario it all started with just a not to get on the bike as the two officers were aware I was banned.

In regards to character separation I said something I shouldn't have however I do not believe it was that harming. I was inside MRPD due to a case with another person who had been scamming people. An officer came out and said ''Hi, how you doing?'' to which I replied who is this. He then replied ''Eric'' and I then said oh ''Eric Doyle.'' I understand I shouldnt have known his name however it was in no way detrimental to anyone or the roleplaying. He then interrogated me in the MRPD demanding how I know his name and unless he wants me to say I know you because of another character I have no idea. I tried to downplay the situation that I just knew of him instead of openly talking outside of RP when other people are around. I genuinely didn't do it on purpose it was a slip up but most people know every officers name due to maybe friends which rant about them if they had been arrested by them. That is just my view on the situation that occurred but may be seen differently. 

I know what I did was wrong and I take full responsibility about that as stated in the appeal but I do not believe the other scenarios should be detrimental to me other than the loitering as the others were genuine roleplay. However in regards to exploiting I'm not aware of what I apparently did. I can promise that given a second chance an occurrence like what happened with G2.9 will never happen again. As said I do not believe I baited the officers as I was just more cocky than anything that they wouldn't catch me and the situation started like any other situation started however I can see that driving past MRPD in an active chase and honking my horn could bee viewed as Baiting. 

I do not agree with my actions as I am fully ware that the two characters shouldn't know each other however in regards to this it was my first time of doing something in this manner. I'm not fully sure if you are trying to imply that I was warned for G2.9 before however I should know the expectations of myself and the community to follow the rules that are set in place to make the experience as fair and enjoyable for everyone. I honestly do love this community and wish to fly back in one day and just hope that these actions are seen passed as they are stupid mistakes that I have made. The cops always know that I will give them a chase If I am caught and it is something I am always experiencing due to my banned license however I do not believe that what I did ruined the roleplay as I was told on externals a while later that their patrol had been boring and that the chase gave them something to do. I can say in confidence that I never set out to make others roleplay boring as I have never been told off for something along the lines of VDM and RDM but rather try to make it more fun by doing stuff that people can do with me on the criminal side and something that officers can do on the legal side. I often make deals with police to hand myself in for the release of someone else who with me as I don't want them going to prison for my ideas.

I do agree that my track record doesn't help my case and I do agree that what I did in relation to G2.9 is inexcusable as it is something that should never occur. Given the chance I would take it without a second thought and a ban appeal would not ever been written by me again. I honestly wasn't aware of character development especially if I wasn't using the characters for anything. I will take time to re-read the rules and make myself a better roleplayer for every one to mess around with. I am truly and genuinely sorry for wasting your time with the banning process and having to read my ban appeal as it was my silly actions that led me here in the first place. Sorry

In relation to the exploiting, It was to do with MRPS front desk, I won't go to much into it but knowing the location should jog your memory, More so that you was talked to about this shortly after by a staff member. 

Since the warning for the casino on June 16th you then transferred the money 4 days later. This still falls under the same ruleset, So isn't a good look for you now is it. 

With the baiting, You was going around legion square and kept going back to MRPS to where you was then spike stripped and sent to the hospital, This was watched by staff as you would of known by the conversation you had and the warning being given. Whilst I understand you may have wanted to make it enjoyable for everyone involved there is a line that you did in fact go over and was baiting the police for said chase. 

In relation to character separation, Unless your character met that person they would have no idea who they we're, Let alone a full name ect, There are ways in RP that can explain somethings however this wouldn't of been to possible knowing you was using information from one character on another, So to say that it's not harming, It in fact is since you are using knowledge from one character to another when this shouldn't be the case.

How other times have you broke the character separation rule, Aside from being caught?

Whilst I agree you are taking responsibility and ownership for you breaking the rules, The reason I've outlined your punishment history with us is to show a pattern of blatant disregard you have for the rules, So your history does play a factor within this appeal given that we have tried time and time again to help you and by you keep breaking the rules it's almost like you are throwing it in our face to see how much we will tolerate before you ended up here.

I'm not implying that you have been warned for G2.9 before as I've stated you haven't, However C2.2 & G5.7 also could apply with G2.9 that's why it was mentioned since when this warning was given the one thing you didn't do was transfer money between characters at that stage. Reason I brought it up was due to your own comment that your characters are brothers, So it was more outlining the rule to you to make you more aware so if you are given another chance you are aware of this now so it shouldn't be any issues down the line. 

However the one saving grace you currently have is your honesty and this is something good to see. So with that in mind, Can you please quote the rule you broke that got you here and explain in your own words why we have such a rule in place? 

If you was put into a situation that you may break a rule, Would you, If you believed you could get away with it? 

Since your last warnings did you even take time to read the rules after any of them, If not why?

Thank you for reminding me about the exploiting issue as it has jogged my memory and I do remember what happened as you said there's no point going into it due to the circumstances. 

I would like to question the bating scenario in now way am I trying to argue it as this point however If I'm already in a chase due to a legitimate reason if I then go back to the place at which the officers tried to arrest me does that then constitute baiting or is it the fact I did it a few times.

To answer your question no. It was a stupid mistake that I shouldn't have made and I strive to get better at roleplaying everyday. It was a mistake that I made and I acknowledge the fact that I should not know the persons full name especially if they haven't dealt with me in the past. I tried to downplay it as I haven't ever been in a situation in which I have made a slip up like I did at the PD that day. I am sorry if it did ruin the experience of the other gentlemen Eric. It was a genuine mistake however that doesn't change the fact that it should have never happened in the first place.  

G2.9 Is the transfer of money between two characters which obviously shouldn't know each other in any shape or form. This is because when one character is in the city the other obviously isn't so how would they know each other? These two had no form of communication and should be kept apart under all circumstances. The rule is set in stone to make roleplay fair for everyone. You can't and shouldn't be taking money from someone who you don't know as it doesn't simulate the real way to make money. It isn't fair as fundamentally speaking the character who isn't in the city is having money made for them without having to work for it like everyone else has to rise from rags to riches. In addition to this it prevents people from abusing the starting money period in which new travelers get money given to them by the government to get a good start in their new life. The money which is being gifted to them from their cousins who just fly in doesn't involve them having to work for the money whereas other people may do so. In regards to the casino situation I am fully aware that what I did is wrong as I shouldn't be using that money just to go to the casino as it takes actual effort to obtain money and not money which hasn't had chance of being lost from your main character. It is essentially only a winning situation for your secondary characters who can only really win. In addition to this although I wasn't going to you guys are not aware if I am going to win a load of money to then be gifted to myself which put the admin team in an unfair situation of speculation. 

As we like to call the admins Gods, they can see everyone and everything. I wouldn't put myself anywhere near a situation like G2.9 again and the same goes for every other warning that I have received. From now on my main goal is to evade and escape the police as quick as possible and not extend the chase as it doesn't simulate how a real criminal would act in fear of being caught and sent to prison. Never again will I let my anger get the better of me which would lead to a rule break. I am genuinely aware of how badly I messed up and this goes for every situation in which I have done something that I shouldn't have done to begin with. I would never break a rule again as I am fully aware of the repercussions of doing such a thing and the fact that God knows of our sins. Even If I could get away with it I wouldn't in life there is no point risking anything and everything and I sure as hell wouldn't want to get deported again and that is for sure. 

Since my last warnings I have re-read the rules in great depth and will continue to update myself on them in hope that one day I may be able to fly back in granted that the Gods can see past my stupid actions. Never again will I face myself in this situation as I will always better myself from now on and definitely not break any rules in the future. I've personally seen how people don't apply NLR and other rules and it's infuriating to say the least as I have been arrested on numerous occasions. I can see how it ruins the roleplaying experience for everyone else. In addition to this I'm sure you guys would rather be having fun than having to deal with people who haven't followed the simple rules that have been provided for them and for that I say sorry. Given the chance you guys would never have to deal with me again. I hope you can see past my mistakes. Sorry for my stupid actions

Whilst not every situation is the same nor can we give an overall ruling that follows every situation, In this case of the baiting it would of been doing it multiple times. 

With getting in chases we are in no way saying don't get into them nor extend them. Roleplay happens and this can be part of what happens like the cat and mouse game however the thing to be mindful of is can this be seen as baiting ect. 

You mentioned above that "I would love to rejoin and become a police", Nothing is stopping you, Just wanted to point that out.

I'll be upfront with you I'm willing to give you another shot within the community however this does come with some conditions.

One being you will receive a full character wipe, Meaning all money, vehicles, inventory ect will be removed. 

You have currently four characters, Three of them will be removed, I assume you wish to keep Ollie BUX, If not please let me know what one you wish to keep. 

If you are caught breaking another rule moving forth for the next 6 months you will end up right back here with a permanent ban following the FBS, Do you agree to the conditions?

So with the full character wipe is that the character in which I choose to keep that will be wiped? With the others then being deleted.

Either way my main objective is to keep Ollie Bux.

That is exactly what I mean, You pick one to keep and that will be fully wiped and the others will be deleted. 

As you wish to keep Ollie Bux, I'll request a full wipe on this character and deletion of the others. In relation to what is removed ect, The only thing you will keep is things on your Phone and RP memories, Friendships ect, Everything else will be removed such as money, inventory, vehicles ect. 

Please keep in mind that this will take sometime to be done and once this has been we will update the appeal and move forward with the unban process.

Thanks a lot and I definitely wont be breaking anymore rules in the future. Is it a full wipe or do I get to keep like starter money to be able to buy some things. Either way I'm just grateful to be flying back into the city. Don't worry I'll wait patiently for the unban.
