In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for a message that was sent in OOC chat that was hugely misinterpreted. I understand how it looked from the perspective of whoever banned me however I am here to explain below how far from actuality this is.
Why should we unban you ?: I typed "YAWN" in sidechat (this was absolutely nothing to do with the queen passing in any way shape or form) I was typing this in response to people who were spamming OOC with lots of unnecessary messages. I understand that OOC general shouldn't be used for this purpose and that I am in the wrong for doing this. I am aware I am in breach of (G2.6) OOC help however I believe that this should have resulted in a kick rather than a permanent ban.
Please also note that I had only just logged into the server at the coalition ranch about 5 or less minutes prior to my ban and had no idea that there was currently a memorial event happening in legion for the Queen otherwise that message would never have been sent at all. I can understand how this could have been misinterpreted in the wrong way and I apologise to anyone who felt offended/disrespected by what I wrote.
I have a lot of respect for the royal family and the Queen, I would never be purposely disrespectful in this way.
