Reason given for your ban: C1.2, C2.3, and G4.4,

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because I had broken the rules C1.2, C2.3 and G4.4, Rules I had broken explained: G4.4 I didn't roleplay my injury's which had led me to my ban, Rule C1.2 I was taking the mick out of his speech hence why I had gotten this ban and rule C2.3 That I did combat log, and in my defence I did come back on and finished my roleplay as being injured on the floor and faced my death consequences.

Why should we unban you ?: I think that I should be unbanned because I have now read the rules and understand what I have done wrong and make sure to not break any of these rules again by any means necessary including the other rules as well.

I will also make sure to not fail any roleplay again as I know if I get banned again there won't be anymore chances for me to be unbanned/coming back to the city, which is completely understandable, If I do get unbanned nothing will be broken as I said and I'll be sure to stay in roleplay mode the whole entire time until I get offline.

I have finally faced/served all of my ban consequences, It would be great if I could get 1 more chance to redeem my self for everything I've done.

I am sorry for appealing fairly early, I had appealed because I was going by the ban date on FiveM and not this website, It's now the 12th and hopefully I have been forgiven for what I've done.

@codylxrkinFor each of the rules you have broken C1.2, C2.3 & G4.4 - Please explain how breaking these rules affects other players around you/interacting you.

I hope you're doing well!

Anyways,

C1.2 It would make the other player/player's feel very conscious about them selves and make them not want to play RP,  I feel that it might effect them long term.

C2.3 This rule about combat logging, would make the roleplay not legitimate and not enjoyable for the other users, and this would ruin there fun and make them stop playing RP as it wont be enjoyable due to combat logging. 

G4.4 This rule would make the roleplaying not enjoyable because I/We are not roleplaying injuries and wouldn't make the user feel that it's not a fun server because me/others are breaking the rules and ruining their experience with the game, including the new people.

 
Why did you continue to make comments towards the player who had a speech impediment, when you were also to stop numerous times?

 
I guess I didn't like the fact that he was taking me away and I didn't want to respawn far away from the city hence why I got mad, I just don't like restarting, that's the reason why I had carried on, now that I have thought about it, I am genuinely sorry that I done it.

 
Do you usually abuse people when you don't get your way?

 
Not usually no, It's because when I play new games and I fail/die or whatever, I tend to not be happy, then once I have played the game and understand it all, it tends to not bother me as much and I have to accept that fact that's how the game is played.

So you got into an altercation, which resulted in you being downed. You threw abuse at the other player, not roleplaying your injuries and disconnected due to things not going your way. This is a roleplay server, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.

 
You can trust me because I now know how to play the game and I just have to face my loss, if this ever happens again (which it wont) I will accept a permanent banned forever.

^^ I don't know how to remove that sorry.
 

 
Right, this is your only ban on our server since you joined 08/01/2023. If you get any further bans within a 6 month period, you will be straight back here. Furthermore, if they are the same rules that you've been banned under again. You may have a really tough time getting unbanned a second time, think before you speak and how it may affect others.

C2.3 bans come with a full inventory wipe, which includes:

  • Everything in your Inventory
  • Cash in hand
  • Any weapons you may or may not have had
