Why do you think you were banned: I died once wasnt able to wait the 15 mins as i had to log to go to work IRL when i logged back on i held E to die and respawn. That was 24 hours ago never done it since and honestly didnt even know it was a rule. I mean i wasnt being chased or anything like that. My death and log had no impact on anyone in the game. Been playing Five M for about a week and playing this server for about 5-6 days.
Why should we unban you: Was an honest mistake and one i wont make again just seems very excessive to perma ban someone for one discrestion where it was a honest and genuine mistake. Really enjoyed playing on the server its my first experience with GTA role play or role play at all tbh. All my mates are active on the server and be a shame to leave because of a silly mistake. Would really appriceiate an oppourtunity to prove it was a acciendent and just ignorance on my part not knowing that rule.

Let me get this straight, you are trying to down play the rules of the server that you confirmed that you had read and agreed to when joining this server?

My death and log had no impact on anyone in the game.

You do not know this for certain, People could have found you and taken you to hospital, NHS could have found you and treated you, you could have been trying to reset your respawn timer so you would not lose items. There 3 reasons listed to you already of why this rule is in place.

That might seem like the case in your eyes but if you had actually read the rules of the server you would see that this is one of the few rules that skip the FBS system and is straight to a perm ban, most other rule breaks follow a process. The rules are in place for a reason and these punishments aren't given out without cause.

Anyway, rule breaks of this rule code come with an automatic one month cool down. Since you were banned 18/09/2024 you can appeal from 18/10/2024
