Why do you think you were banned: I was banned due to logging out of the server while incapacitated from a situation.
Why should we unban you: Little bit of back story, I am a Coroners Undertaker for the Police. I operate a 24 hour on-call rota where I have strict timeframes to meet. Meaning if I am a called to a Job, depending on the circumstances I have a set time to respond and be on scene. During my on-going situation I received a "call out". Normally I attempt to sneak away from situations to go "Off Duty" or attempt to wrap up the situation as best as I can. In this instance I was incapacitated in the tunnels and other than the person who incapacitated me, nobody knew where I was. I checked the time to see how long had elapsed from my call out and I was cutting it close. So I closed down the PC and went to work. I did not return to the PC for another 2 days due to commitments at home with family/work/children and it didn't cross my mind to reach out to anyone or create a ticket to staff to let them know what I had done. When attempting to join the server noticed I was banned. This is when I created my first appeal and was educated that there was a month cooldown between this type of ban. As much as I dont agree with the circumstances of my ban as this was a situation out of my control and believe this could have been resolved with a conversation with either staff or the affected party. I have waited the 4 weeks. I am a dedicated contributor to the police faction who has put a lot of hours in. I have a clean record and this is my first "ban offence". I completely understand all rules provided and enforced by the community and always plan to play by them. This however was a situation of IRL>Game and I hope staff will understand this.
